Third time staying at John’s place says it all. We love the cabin and its location and its simplicity and beauty in the mountains of western NC. The kitchen has all you need if cooking is needed during your stay, but also good local restaurants are nearby. The front porch overlooks a serene valley where the Watauga River flows and you can hear it well. Everything clean and neatly organized.

This property is exactly as described in the listing. Gorgeous view, comfortable, and easy to settle in to. My kids loved the well stocked toy shelves and hot tub, and my husband and I were able to cook and enjoy the beautiful view on the deck. Heather was incredibly kind, helpful, and gracious in all our interactions. Will definitely book again.
