The place was beautiful inside and out. My family and I felt like we’re at home. I love the outdoor space. Most of the times, my parents and I chilled outside enjoying the weather and chitchatting with each other. My family and I came down from Pennsylvania to visit my sisters who live about 10-15 mins away from the home. My family and I had a great time during our weekend stay. Hopefully one day we’ll come back and stay at this beautiful home again. I highly recommend this beautiful home. Definitely 5 stars :)

I had a wonderful stay at Kate’s home, it was easily 3 minutes to the beach, she had all the needed cooking utensils and even more! And even had some bathroom essentials that was really appreciated

Stayed here was a family event it was spacious with a well equipped kitchen . The neighborhood was very quiet and safe could walk for miles without seeing a car or busy street .

Had a great girls weekend. It was peaceful and such a cute and quiet neighborhood. We would stay again. It’s located close to everything. The hot water was wonderful. 🤭

This place is truly a Hidden Gem. It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the decks, large backyard, and theater room. The host, Camille is so thoughtful. She really went the extra mile with including items for our grandkids and dog (who ended up not being able to make the trip).

We had a great stay with no problems. The house is just as described. Plenty of space for a family. Several parking spaces and street parking. Well equipped kitchen. Very clear instructions on checkout.

This place was close to a lot of stores very convenient and has a nice backyard for relaxing with your family. Jonathan was a great host . Would stay again

We had an amazing time. The house was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach. We could hear the ocean from the master suite. The upstairs deck had view of the water. Everything about our stay was perfect. The area was nice and was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely go back and stay longer next year. Thank you!!!

We had a great stay at Eddie's place! Very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The unit we stayed in was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. Highly recommended!

The house was super clean when we got there, the temperature of the house was great the entire stay. The pool was certainly clean, but since we went early, June the water was a little bit cold, but it felt really nice and refreshing honestly. There were three beach chairs and a wagon there that were helpful for traveling to the beach. There were available cups plate, utensils, and all the necessities that you would need, they even had shampoo and conditioner bottles there for us. We weren’t aware that there was a code to get into the house so instructions for check-in were a little bit unclear, but all I had to do is message and they responded. Overall, I would recommend staying here because even though the area surrounding isn’t the nicest, I felt safe the entire time at that house!

We brought our dog along for a beach adventure at The Laughing King. We had an amazing time and MJ was a wonderful host. We stayed in the little hi eymoon cottage and it was quaint and well-appointed. The loft ladder was a bit tricky but once you got up there the bed was super comfortable! We enjoyed walking around and exploring Cape Charles (just a quick 15/20 minute car ride away with plenty of free street parking around town) but our favorite day was playing out on the private sand bar with our dog. We all had a blast on the sandbar and next time will pack a lunch and stay out longer! The property itself was secluded, quiet and private. Perfect for sitting on the porch with coffee watching the tide roll in. They had paddle boards and kayaks to use in the calm backwaters as well as a fire pit and a nice pool. The reviews about MJs wonderful breakfasts were spot on - his quiche was superb. Overall we had a wonderful time at The Laughing King and we would highly recommend it

We did a day trip to Sandbridge two years ago and loved the quiet and calm of the area. Randy's condo was the perfect spot for us especially with Jose's Mexican Restaurant next to the condo and Baja Restaurant across the street. The condo was nicely furnished with plenty of amenities available. The only disappointment was the pool was closed because it was off season during our stay

This was the BEST little cottage. It was so cute and perfect for a family of 4. There is a king bed and a pull out couch that suited us well. The walk to the beach is short and all of the neighbors are super kind. The host crew is super kind and responsive. The beach access is just for this neighborhood so the beach was not over crowded. Additionally this house is 5 mins from downtown duck where there were tons of great restaurants (many with healthy options!), cute shops, coffee, ice cream etc. The house is also dog friendly in every way- they provide dog bowls and the deck/stairs have a gate at the bottom so if your dog runs out the front door unexpectedly he cant get very far! There was also a great spot next to the couch for our dog crate, allowing it to not take up a ton of the living space etc. 2 things to note: I think this house would be a tight fit for more than 4 ppl. There is no stove, so this is better if you plan to eat out a lot. It was perfect for us + we loved it!

Can highly recommend Crystal's condo. She was great to work with, very responsive and her condo had everything we could have needed. Our stayed played out exactly as we'd hoped. Would gladly stay here again if our travels take us back to the Williamsburg/Newport News area.

Tracy was a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating. We had some hiccups, but she more than made up for it. The house was in a very beautiful setting, surrounded by woods. I would come back to her place again.

Home was extremely clean and well kept. Extra linens and very comfortable beds! Would definitely stay again!

This was a great property the Host was very responsive and helpful. She ensured that we had a great stay. The house does look like the picture. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood but it is very quiet and peaceful.

Such a beautiful place. Lisa was very responsive before and during our trip. The backyard is an oasis and an extra space to have fun and laughs with loved ones. The space felt homey and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and tissue. And the showers in each bathroom were the right temperature and pressure. It was like being in your own spa. We didn't cook, but if we did, the kitchen was fully stocked with spices, utensils and pots and pans. I loved the coffee bar that was fully stocked with sugar, creamer, and coffee. One of the best airbnbs I've stayed in, in awhile. Thanks again Lisa!

We were in town for our son’s graduation from CNU. This house was a little further away, but had the space we needed looked beautiful in the photos, and had great reviews. We were not disappointed! The place matched the photos, and Davis was an incredibly friendly and responsive host!

Tawanda was a great host. Everything was as advertised. She even went the extra mile and bought brand new kitchen utensils, cutting boards and a new cookie sheet for our stay. Very kid and pet friendly home! The home was even ready for us earlier than expected.
