Thanks again for another relaxing stay at “Breakin’ Wind”! It’s been 5 years since our last trip here and we loved coming back to Terra’s place. We especially loved the hot tub, shelling and walks on the beach and seeing the horses again.

Easy Breeze is a wonderful place to stay. Alex has made sure that even the smallest detail has been taken to make your stay exactly what you are looking for. This is our 2nd visit and while we were there, we booked our next vacation for a week in October! It's perfect if you want peace, quiet, fishing, kayaking, and many other water sports. We really enjoyed our stay the beach was walking distance and we got to enjoy the hot tub will come again in the future and do recommend anyone to stay here beautiful house peaceful place and host was very kind and informative.

Our family enjoyed a great stay in Duck, NC and made lots of memories. Things we enjoyed most were the comfortable space, ample sleeping arrangements, walkable location, and the heated pool (which was perfect for the late-March day when we only had 50 degree weather). We look forward to booking here again next time!

Our stay in this home was such a treat! We enjoyed utilizing the kayaks to boat around in Chesapeake Bay. The hot tub was an absolute delight, perfect for evening stargazing, saw lots of shooting stars, and could see the water of the bay from the hot tub. We also enjoyed doing November cold plunges from the hot tub to the pool. While the living room is not expansive, it fit our needs for family game & movie nights. The bed linens were so comfortable, and Lori was beautifully responsive & friendly when we would reach out with a question. We also enjoyed the nearby Sandy beaches.

Kendra and Tim have thought of everything a guest might need or want for a perfect beach vacation! Awesome outdoor shower, hose to rinse off feet after a day at the beach, super comfy beach chairs (and plenty of them!), beach umbrellas, beach toys, and beach towels - truly everything! Additionally, the decor is beautiful and light-filled and Seahorse Shanty includes a fully-stocked kitchen. It’s a short and easy 5-minute walk to a beautiful beach (far less crowded than public access beaches), and you can hear the waves at night with the bedroom window open. We had a perfect stay and were so sad to leave. HIGHLY recommend!

Everything was wonderful, easy to get in, and our host John was very helpful and friendly. Hotub was clean no trash in the yards felt just like home. comfortable beds the walkway to the beach was very private enjoyed that as well. Overall our stay was amazing and would love to be able to stay there again. We had so much fun <3 provided us with some detergent to wash clothes I thought that was thoughtful.

I highly recommend the Salty Fox!! This is a home away from home - this rental is one of the best AirBNBs we have rented. The home is clean and cozy with everything you could possibly want or need. The home is a short walk to great restaurants, the infamous Duck Donuts and local shops. During our stay we dined at NC Coastal Grill - amazing food and amazing ambiance!! We also ordered takeout at Duck Pizza and grabbed a drink at the Duck Dive Bar which was incredible!! Hands down I will stay at Salty Fox again when visiting Duck, NC. Hosts were great checking in to make sure the stay was going great and provided local recommendations! Don’t hesitate to book this rental - you will not be disappointed!!

Roger’s beach house was charming. It was an older-style home with many modern updates. Quick and easy walking path to the beach. The pool in the backyard was lovely. It was a little dirty upon arriving and Roger came right over and got it all cleaned up for us during our stay. The neighborhood was a little rough we did have a few uncomfortable encounters with homeless people being two girls alone it was a little unsettling. Overall, I would definitely come back again. The weather was absolutely beautiful for our stay.

Even with all the rain during our beach week, we had a great time at this dog-friendly cottage. The screened-in porches made catching up with family outside bug free. Nice pool, corn hole and hammock were nice to have as well. Short walk down quiet unpaved street to beautiful beach. So many restaurants & activities nearby!

We were more than satisfied with our stay! It made for a great weekend. Clean, spacious, and in a great location for exploring the area. The kitchen had everything we needed for making a family breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

My parents and I stayed here for four days. It was the perfect peaceful getaway for us. The place was really cute, two bedrooms with queen size beds, a large bathroom, and the cutest kitchen-living room area. Gloucester is a sweet town to hang out in, and the host gave some great recommendations for local places to check out. Wonderful place, we will be coming back!!

This house was fantastic and met all of our needs. Very clean and convenient to so many great places to eat. The vibe district is awesome. Highly recommend.

We had such an enjoyable trip staying at this perfect cottage. The location was amazing-short walk to a tranquil beach that felt like our own little escape. The landscaping and yard were beautiful! The place felt like a peaceful retreat. The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed even a thoughtful welcome basket. It truly was the perfect getaway and just what we needed to recharge. Highly recommend!

We will definitely be coming back for a longer stay!! We loved the location (I mean bald eagles swooping over the water at sunrise kind of love) and our daughter loved exploring the beach with the shells. The house was just so thoughtfully stocked from the extra syrup to the little fire pit for the back. We felt right at home 🩷💚🩷💚

Beautiful home, next to a peaceful nature preserve. Thoughtful touches throughout the home to make your stay easier. Such a great retreat for our family and only about 15-20 minutes from 64, the Colliseum area!

We had a terrific time at Jimmy’s cottage on the beach. You are just steps away from the water and can settle in right there with beach chairs or walk for miles on a fine sandy beach. There is always a ship or two to watch. The cottage has everything you need and has a great layout for privacy with one bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the house. The cottage is clean, has everything you need for relaxation and if you want, cooking something up. There is outdoor seating, a table and chairs, a grill and a hammock to while away your time in the sunny afternoon. Jimmy is incredibly friendly and responsive to any issues or needs you may have. He even let us check in early the first morning as the cottage was available. The towels and linen are super comfy as are the beds. It’s a great place to unwind and relax. Terrific seafood at Willoughby by the Bay which is just down the road at the end of the Spit. It’s a dive but the food is five star. Jimmy’s cottage is wonderful!

My husband and I spent a week at the beach cottage. The location is unbeatable, just steps to the beach. If you are not fond of the sand, you can sit in the porch and enjoy the view. You will not want to leave! The house was clean and exactly as pictured. Cecilio and his wife answered promptly all of my questions about places to eat and things to do. If you enjoy fishing, the Ocean View pier (longest in the State of Virginia) is just a half a mile walk from the house, or a short drive. You can rent fishing poles, buy bait, and feel like a local. You can also get some crab traps and get blue crabs. The pier has a restaurant with a nice view and a full bar. The beach right outside the house feels private. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a good book. If you like water activities, the cottage has plenty of beach gear, including paddle boarding, and kayaks. We wanted to relax and reconnect, and this place was the perfect spot for us. Highly recommended.

Such a great location - just a short walk from the beach. Front porch is a great place in the mornings and evenings. The dining room and living room fit our group well and we squeezed in the bedrooms (4 couples + 6 kids all 3 and under) but it was perfect since we spent most time outside anyways! Adam was super helpful and quick to respond when we needed a few items. Would definitely visit again!

We had a great stay at Kate’s place. Really enjoyed the location. Walkable to beach and town. Also enjoyed riding Kate’s bikes around town. The house had beach chairs and a cart to carry beach stuff. The house had plenty of room for 3 couples and the kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed the 2 decks on the front and back of the house. Highly recommend the house and would definitely stay again!

Our first visit to Cape Charles and we loved it. K’s house is in a lovely residential area, but very close to shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach area. The house is simple but comfortable and has everything you need (no high chair or pack & play, but we brought our own). We loved sitting on the porch.
