Wonderful stay with my son on De Steert! Good food also in Marianne's restaurant. The boat is beautiful and cozy and equipped with all the comforts.

We had a wonderful time on Paul's boat. Paul was a great host who communicated early and was always available to answer questions. He also met us on our arrival and gave us a tour of the boat. Everything is lovingly designed, and we loved the special atmosphere and the unique charm of the old sailboat. Basic amenities for everyday life (towels, pans, kitchen seasonings, toilet paper) are provided. Of course, many things are functionally furnished, in keeping with the space—that's just how it is on a boat. I'm 1.86m tall and didn't have any major issues with space other than the upper level being slightly* shorter than me. There's several heaters and a heated blanket for cold days. There's even a bathroom on the boat which was perfectly functional. Since you can't flush paper, we made use of the bathroom facilities in the harbor for some things which was also convenient. We would definitely recommend Paul's boat for anyone looking for something out of the ordinary!

After a warm welcome, we were explained about the stay on board and about points of interest in the area. The host had provided food/ breakfast for the next morning. The stay on board and in the harbor was a new very nice experience for us. The area is very nice and a visit to Schiermonnikoog is definitely worth it, ferry is about a 15-minute drive by car from the marina. The boat itself is not the youngest lake but everything you need for a successful midweek was present. We were even able to swim in the harbor. One small thing that no one could do anything about, there were a lot of mosquitoes, so we economically did with the lighting on board so as not to lure the mosquitoes, something that other boat owners also noticed. Nice feeling that there is social control 😉

Fantastic accommodation. You are already skeptical in the beginning, but you don't have to be at all. The boat is awesome, warm and you have the necessary space. It wobbles a little and is a little tight in places, but it's a boat and it's part of it.

Arjan is very responsive and kind. The boat is lovely to stay in. I had a great sleep. I gave him feedback on something and he took it seriously. Very nice place and I could just come back again.

We enjoyed our stay on the boat immensely! Valentine provided us with a little extra electric boat just to get around. The main boat was moored at a little island which had plenty of space and allowed us to setup extra tents. We stayed with 5 kids and 6 adults. Everything worked out great!

Great Host and great Stay. Easy Kommunikation. We did go sailing with a skipper the host kindly arranged for us, wich was a great experience.

Had a great day aboard the Moeke Zorn. We went sailing with Johanna and her husband with a group of 20 ladies. Johanna took a lot of care of us, and occasionally asked for assistance to sail the beautiful ship. The ship is equipped with simple but functional sleeping places, a spacious cabin with plenty of room for drinks, food and a functional kitchen. Even a stereo system with aux cable has been thought of. Great!

The place is absolutely beautiful, with a lot of great accomodations. It’s really comfortable and perfect for a couple or a group of friends or family. Ewoud is very friendly and really available to help you out. We would 100% recommend this place ! PS: The camping offers free wifi.

Perfect fit for large groups of friends. Everyone really enjoyed sleeping on a boat for a change. In that regard, a unique experience. Jeroen was very easy in communication and also flexible in terms of arrival and departure. Recommended.
