Boat vacation rentals in Súdwest-Fryslân

Very good stay at Marianne's! She is very accommodating and her boat is a peaceful oasis. For long stays, cooking can be complicated… but otherwise no complaints. Excellent and friendly welcome. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful time on Paul's boat. Paul was a great host who communicated early and was always available to answer questions. He also met us on our arrival and gave us a tour of the boat. Everything is lovingly designed, and we loved the special atmosphere and the unique charm of the old sailboat. Basic amenities for everyday life (towels, pans, kitchen seasonings, toilet paper) are provided. Of course, many things are functionally furnished, in keeping with the space—that's just how it is on a boat. I'm 1.86m tall and didn't have any major issues with space other than the upper level being slightly* shorter than me. There's several heaters and a heated blanket for cold days. There's even a bathroom on the boat which was perfectly functional. Since you can't flush paper, we made use of the bathroom facilities in the harbor for some things which was also convenient. We would definitely recommend Paul's boat for anyone looking for something out of the ordinary!

We had a really great weekend on the boat. Can enjoy Sneek and had a very nice canal cruise by boat. Very nice to stay, and sail. Very sweet hosts who have passionately told about the boat and the area. We would book another weekend in a heartbeat:)

After a warm welcome, we were explained about the stay on board and about points of interest in the area. The host had provided food/ breakfast for the next morning. The stay on board and in the harbor was a new very nice experience for us. The area is very nice and a visit to Schiermonnikoog is definitely worth it, ferry is about a 15-minute drive by car from the marina. The boat itself is not the youngest lake but everything you need for a successful midweek was present. We were even able to swim in the harbor. One small thing that no one could do anything about, there were a lot of mosquitoes, so we economically did with the lighting on board so as not to lure the mosquitoes, something that other boat owners also noticed. Nice feeling that there is social control 😉

Fantastic accommodation. You are already skeptical in the beginning, but you don't have to be at all. The boat is awesome, warm and you have the necessary space. It wobbles a little and is a little tight in places, but it's a boat and it's part of it.

Arnaud took great care of us. We had great fun staying at the Zuiderzee, and sailing with her to Vlieland. We enjoyed the Waddenzee, walked around on ‘het wad’, had fun making dinner, visiting restaurants, and did drinks in ‘t Swaantje. Weather was great. Terschelling was great. Zuiderzee was great. Arnaud was great!

We enjoyed our stay on the boat immensely! Valentine provided us with a little extra electric boat just to get around. The main boat was moored at a little island which had plenty of space and allowed us to setup extra tents. We stayed with 5 kids and 6 adults. Everything worked out great!

It was a great experience to stay on a boat with the family. It was clean and very comfortable. It is also located in a beautiful setting. Restaurants and train station are within walking distance. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Communication with Simon was quick and hassle-free.

My girlfriend and I booked this boat for a weekend. The landlord is super friendly and was very reliable. We particularly noticed the cleanliness in the boat. The location was optimal. If we visit the place again we would definitely rent the boat again!

We had a fantastic time in Leeuwarden. The boat is ideal for larger groups and offers a lot of equipment. You can be in Leeuwarden within 25 minutes on foot and can go boating, sit in one of the cafés or go for a stroll.
