Super Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und liegt sehr abgelegen. Man hat eine sagenhafte Aussicht auf die Umgebung und die anderen Weinberge. Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Küche hat eine super Ausstattung und es gibt sogar eine Feuerstelle, auf welcher wir uns wärmen und grillen konnten. Wir wurden an einem Abend für einen Aufpreis von einem Sternekoch mit feinstem Essen verwöhnt. Es gibt auch einen Weinkeller, in welchem man sich für einen sehr guten Preis an extrem leckeren und qualitativen Weinen bedienen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir machen das auf jeden Fall nochmal!

Posizione splendida, la casa è pulita e confortevole per chi sa usare bene una stufa a legna. Nessun problema per raggiungere la casa ma è necessario specificare che la strada è di montagna , asfaltata ma non facilissima. Molto consigliata soprattutto nel periodo estivo.

Прекрасное жильё, расположенное на первом этаже частного дома (на втором живут другие арендаторы), в зелёной парковой зоне, на вершине холма с прекрасным видом. Есть большая терраса, удобная кухня, оборудованная всем необходимым, удобные кровати. Иногда к жилищу приходят косули из леса. Рядом много прогулочных зон. До центра города со всей необходимой инфраструктурой - 10 минут пешком. Замечательная хозяйка, которая помогала по всем возникающим вопросам.

Ein ordentliches und sauberes Haus mitten auf dem Berg, direkt an einem kleinen Skigebiet. Eher für Urlauber geeignet, die nicht unbedingt tägliche Exkursionen abseits des Berges machen wollen :) wir waren aber sehr zufrieden!

This was our first stop and stay in Slovenia. Could not have asked for a better welcome into this gorgeous country. We drove to Ksenija’s home, situated up on a hill with nice landscapes and single lane roads. The home is beautiful, very serene, clean and surrounded by rolling hills of vineyards. Ksenija is a wonderful host, warm, accessible, shared some great suggestions for wine tasting and restaurants and showed us around the very well equipped home. We’ve seen some of the best night skies and the best sunsets! We’d be very happy to come back and stay for longer soon 😊

This was an absolutely beautiful house overlooking the city. Anita was a consummate host and made our stay much more pleasant and easier. She left the kitchen stocked with more than sufficient essentials. The house is a somewhat strenuous 1/2 mile walk up or down a hill from the tram stop but when we were hot or tired, taxi service was easily available and inexpensive.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Ana und Tadej. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung, und die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar, wenn wir etwas benötigt haben. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der privaten Sauna, der Feuerstelle und der vielen Grünfläche rund um das Haus – einfach fantastisch! Jeder von uns hatte ein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad, und die Küche war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Es war einfach perfekt, und wir freuen uns schon darauf, wieder als Gruppe kommen zu dürfen.

Sve ok, blizu termalnih bazena u hotelu u blizini, 3 min hoda. blizina autoceste , i odlazak u Varaždin. Jedino što bih promjenio, krevet i jastuk ( franc. krevet nema madrac, nego spužvu. i jastuk je loše kvalitete- prevelik i loše kvalitete). Možda nekome odgovara, ali ja bih ipak volio spavati na pravom madracu i boljem jastuku. Ja nisam mogao normalno spavati. Sve je možda stvar ukusa, pa kako ko voli. Ugodan ambijent, i dobra kombinacija uz bazen u blizini - cijena 9.50 eura po osobi. Svakako preporučam.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at the House of Adventure! The hosts met us on arrival and enthusiastically shared their recommendations on what to do in the area. The home was comfortable and well-equipped and features endless hiking and cycling just out the front door. Ljubljana, Lake Bled, and other must-see tourist stops were an easy day-trip for us. We would highly recommend this stay!

Mit Freude schreibe ich diese "Kritik" :-), unser Aufenthalt in der Weinbergvilla Kristomi Fasan war ja einfach fantastisch, eine Perle in der Südsteiermark! Die Raumaufteilung der Villa hat uns sofort begeistert (der offene Ess/Wohnbereich - einfach nur WOW). Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Villa war makellos sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders schätzten wir auch die vielen wertvollen Tipps, danke dafür! Weinverkostung & -einkäufe inkl. Besichtigung Kernölmühle - toll. Die Lage in der Nähe der Sausaler Weinstraße war wirklich ideal. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass die angrenzende Villa räumlich sehr gut getrennt ist. Obwohl diese ebenfalls bewohnt war, hatten wir unsere absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Die ruhige Atmosphäre macht die Villa zu einem perfekten Rückzugsort, egal ob für einen Familienurlaub oder eine kurze Auszeit mit den Liebsten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The perfect place to spend a weekend or an entire week! The house is absolutely fantastic. Everything is in the right place, and it’s super clean and cozy. Spacious and warm bedrooms, a huge living area, and a sauna with the best view in Austria. Konrad is a superb host! He is very responsive and extremely polite. There’s plenty of room for any activities, with stunning views from every room, allowing you to observe the beauty of nature right from your bed. It’s also close to charming small towns with great restaurants and ideal for day trips to Gruner See or even Hallstatt. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! Wir hatten ein bezauberndes Wochenende. Das Haus bietet Ruhe und Entspannung, um dem Alltag zu entkommen. Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna, was will man mehr. Die Liebe zum Detail lässt einen sofort ankommen. Wir kommen wieder!

Hallo, schon direkt beim Buchen der Villa konnte ich merken, dass sich Cornelia besonders viel Mühe gibt, mir und meinen Begleitern ein tolles Erlebnis zu ermöglichen. Sie hat nicht nur eine Atemberaubende Villa sondern kümmerst sich drumherum um alles, was man möchtet. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes ein heftiges Gewitter. Hier hat Sie sich gleich um uns Erkundigt, kam vorbei, Ihre Art und Ihr Verhalten sich super gut! Die Villa ist noch besser als auf den Bildern, das kann ich nur jedem Empfehlen!

Csodálatos szállás , kifogástalan otthon, ahol a családom nagyszerűen érezte magát . Illatos törölköző, tiszta gyönyörű konyha, kifogástalan környezet . Imádtuk a gyönyörű kertet , elbűvölő minden ! Visszatérünk biztosan !

È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole in una villa bellissima e curata. I dintorni sono molto belli, con ville ordinate in una zona tranquilla. È possibile fare passeggiate nei boschi, ma anche accedere alle attività del vicino camping. Quindi un ottimo compromesso tra relax ed attività divertenti.

Great house to relax in. Lots of room for large families and a great kitchen to prepare meals. The outdoor eating area allows you to enjoy the views. The pool is refreshing! Hosts are extremely helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this villa with friends, and I really can't recommend it any more. Vid, our host, was amazing with excellent communication from start to finish. The villa itself is superb, with everything one might need. We were warmly welcomed by complimentary drinks upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. The location is great: just a 10-minute drive from the center of Maribor, while the villa provides complete privacy. Everything was spotlessly clean and very modern. If ever I go back to Maribor, there is no question that I will be staying here. Thanks for the great experience!

Wij hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad bij Arno op onze terugreis uit Kroatië. De villa is prachtig & het zwembad wat niet veel voorkomt in Oostenrijk maakt het helemaal af! Uitzicht op de wijnvelden vanaf het dakterras is fenomenaal. Arno is ontzettend gastvrij en je voelt je meteen thuis. Bedankt voor het heerlijke weekend & wellicht tot een volgende keer!
