About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a mobile home for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it. So, if you are looking for nature, relaxing, reading, hiking etc... join us.

With a tiring life-rhythm, constant worries, always new burdens and obligations, there is always a need to find time for REST and RELAXATION. Outside the city's hustle and bustle, in the middle of a beautiful landscape in Razkrižje, there is a modern EARTH- / HOBIT HOUSE, that impresses every guest. It is entirely built of natural materials (CLAY, WOOD, ...). Love for creativity and nature can be felt at every step. The evidences are handcrafted "masterpieces" in the earth and around it.

Bärbel´s Panoramahütte

Bärbel´s Panoramahütte ist für Selbstversorger 40 m2 gross mit eigener Terrasse und sauna stockbett 120 breit eine richtige kuschel hütte und liegt im Ski- und Wandergebiet Präbichl in der Steiermark. Die Hütte verfügt über eine Sonnenterasse und einer Aufguss-Sauna. Der im Wohnraum befindliche Schwedenofen sorgt wohlende Wärme. Am praebichl gibt es zahlreiche wandermöglichkeiten klettersteige, kletterpark und sanften Tourismus. Für Informationen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung.

Erholung im Tiny House

Das Tiny House liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Wäldern und die Berge warten auf sie. Morgens können Sie direkt vor der Haustür Ihre Wanderstiefel schnüren und zu einer Erkundungstour aufbrechen. Zahlreiche Wanderwege warten. Für diejenigen, die lieber auf zwei Rädern unterwegs sind, gibt es gut ausgebaute Radwege, die sich durch die malerische Umgebung schlängeln. Nach einem aktiven Tag in der Natur bietet die Dachterrasse den idealen Ort zum Entspannen.

Wagner's Ranch, Blockhütte in absoluter Alleinlage

Unser Ferienhäuschen ist ein kleines Paradies inmitten unberührter Natur und ohne Nachbarn. Das Grundstück befindet sich auf 750 Meter Seehöhe in Hanglage mit einem schönen Ausblick. Es handelt sich um ein rustikales Blockhaus mit einem Wohn- Schlafstudio, einer kleinen Küche, einem Badezimmer und einer Terasse. Das Bett ist ein rustikales, selbstgebautes Doppel- Stockbett und bietet Platz für 4 Personen.

Grumpy house (halfboard)

The cottage is equipped with basic necessities (bed linen, towels, shampoo and soap) as well as air conditioning/heating, TV, WIFI, tea corner and Mini bar. HALFBOARD!! In front of the cottage, on the terrace with deckchairs, you can enjoy the view of the sunrise or relax in your own private hot jacuzzi under the starry sky.
