Viktor was very welcoming and the communication was smooth. His apartment is spacious and located just next to the university. I stayed 10 days and would surely be happy to stay again next time I will be in Graz.

Mein Aufenhalt in Graz bei Martin war einfach perfekt! Das historische Haus (lt. Martin 500 Jahre alt) liegt super um alles in Graz zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Zimmer ist funktional eingerichtet, blitzblank sauber und total ruhig. Im romantischen Garten kann man nach einer langen Stadtbesichtigung gut entspannen. Martin war sehr nett und hat mir bei allen Fragen immer weitergeholfen. Ich habe mich sehr hier wohlgefühlt. Graz ist absolut eine Reise wert!

The Place was clean and looked like the pictures, the check in was easy and the hosts responded quickly. The interior was Very pleasant and their were yoga mats and board games provided. Perfect for short trips. 😊

Für uns war der Aufenthalt in Simon & Yanet's Unterkunft sehr passend. Ein angenehmer, grosser Raum mit Küche, wohligem Bett und viel freiem Raum. Die Wohnung hat viel Stauraum für das eigene Gepäck, ist angenehm warm (Winter) und in keiner Weise überladen. Stimmige Details wie farbige Glaskugeln in den Fenstern haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr gefallen. In unmittelbarer Nähe das Kunsthaus, eine Bäckerei und das Bad zur Sonne mit Wellnessbereich, die Altstadt liegt 5 Gehminuten entfernt... Perfekt.

The owner was very accommodating, the place was easy to find, close to the main road and fully furnished with a refrigerator, washing machine and a stove, so longer stays would be easy. There was a caffe and a small restaurant on the corner 3 minutes away.

Angelika ist zu Recht Superhost!!! Ich schließe mich den ausgezeichneten Bewertungen voll inhaltlich an. Top organisierte Gastgeberin . Detailierte Informationen machen den kontaktlosen Check In & Out einfach. Es war ein Vergnügen, Zeit in dieser wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten und makellos sauberen Wohnung zu verbringen. Traumhaft der Ausblick auf den Schlossberg. Mein Wochenende war frühlingshaft warm, sodass frühstücken am gemütlichen und ebenso gepflegten Balkon möglich war. Besonders erwähnenswert ist, dass die Ausstattung nicht nur extrem umfangreich ist, sondern auch von hoher Qualität; dies gilt auch für die unzähligen frei zur Verfügung stehenden "Goodies". Mit Öffis unkompliziert von A nach B zu kommen. Ich war wegen des schönen Wetters immer zu Fuß unterwegs; entlang der Mur in ca. 20 min in der Stadt. Absolut empfehlenswert! Danke Angelika!

Timotej je bio odličan domaćin, susretljiv, komunikativan, dao nam je odlične preporuke za znamenitosti i restorane. Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji, od svih nama važnih mjesta udaljen par minuta pješice tako da nismo trebali nigdje s autom. Posebna pohvala ide na osiguran besplatan parking, odličnu lokaciju, čistoću i komunikaciju s domaćinom.

Das Apartment war sauber und mit modernen Möbeln aber auch mit Vintage-Akzenten eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte alles, was man brauchte. Die Umgebung war ruhig und in 3 Gehminuten konnte man den wichtigsten Verkehrsknotenpunkt erreichen, der einen in alle Ecken der Stadt bringt. Die Wohnung hat uns gefallen, die Stadt auch, wir kommen wieder.

Super Kommunikation und tolle Wohnung

Darja is an incredible host! The whole place is simply beautiful—the apartment, the garden, and the entire village have such a peaceful, charming vibe. One of the highlights is direct access to the river, which is actually part of the garden. It’s so green, quiet, and relaxing—truly hard to put into words. We stayed with a toddler, and Darja went above and beyond to make it special. Every day she surprised us with new toys. Her kindness and attention to detail made us feel completely at home. We could go on and on… This place is a gem, and we’re definitely coming back. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm getaway!

Bernhards Unterkunft ist sauber und gemütlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Ailecek bir gece kaldik. Yakininda Türk markette var. Küçük oğlum evi çok sevdi ve bana bu evi satin alalim dedi. Bina çok eski fakat daire iyi durumda. Tavsiye ediyorum

Perfect stay from the beginning to end. Peaceful area close to everything by foot or bike. Apartment was large enough for our family with a crawling baby and a cat. Additionally, the back yard offered space to safely park a car, bikes and a stroller. We all enjoyed full equipment, toys, books and garden with a tomcat and hens. Claudia and her husband were always friendly and helpful even beyond their duties. We miss the place already and will be happy to come back again 😊

Ich habe mich dort gleich zuhause gefühlt. Reinhart war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Ich werde dort eine weitere Woche buchen! Für SiFi Geeks ein muss bei einem Graz Aufenthalt 😁

Very nice apartment, in a great area with many options (supermarket, restaurants) nearby. Super clean, well organized and exactly as described! Michael is a great host and very easy to communicate with, and very quick to reply to any concerns.

What more can I say about Elfriede (Elfi) and her husband? The most cheerful, friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts we could have possibly asked for. Even though we were only staying a single night for a wedding they went out of their way to make us comfortable, and even gave us a ride back to the station (with a local sightseeing tour!) afterwards. Their house is absolutely gorgeous and full of character. We definitely regret not staying longer! Highly recommended.
