The apartment was top notch and just set up. It is located in a nice residential area with shopping and restaurants around the corner. The area is quiet and noise free, but Graz is just around the corner. It took us 10 minutes to get into Graz on foot or bike along a nice path. The apartment is decorated lovely and with everything you need. There is a small, private terrace and direct exit also from the living room. The bathroom is really nice. The bed was really good and we slept well through the night. Benjamin responded lightning fast and was very available and helpful. We had some really good days in beautiful Graz in the nice apartment that I can only recommend.

We had a great stay, the apartment is very spacious and in a great location. Ameli is very friendly and kept in contact throughout our stay.

We had a great mom daughter vacation . The apartment is in a great location, very central. A little outdated , but that's also the charm of the apartment. Great and decorated with a lot of love. The tram in front of the door , apartment right in the city center, you can do everything on foot. Clean and very friendly and quick communication. Flexible checkout thanks for that !!! Also good for long-term stays, there is even a dishwasher and a laundry room. The garage Dominican monastery is very spacious and very convenient, 10 minutes walk , great to park the car. We'll be back for sure. Thanks for the time .

Micheal was gracious, thorough and accommodating during the checking in process. Instructions were clear. The apartment was conveniently located to the Loipersdorf Thermal Spa and main route from Vienna. We had originally hoped to book a place at the hotels next to the Spa but within minutes of our arrival at Michael's place, we realized we had the better deal. We rented three of the many bedrooms at this gorgeous Hacienda-style mansion. Place was clean and very spacious and had everything for an enjoyable stay. The three bedrooms came in very handy with our family of many ages and needs. My son enjoyed the game room with pool table and electronic dart board. A certain charm from a farmstead of previous generations shone through the modern furnishings. Everything was updated, but respecting the original architecture. Would be a charming location for a feature movie set. Our trip highlight was a memorable evening reading together in the living-room kitchen area

The surroundings are beautiful and the hosts are very welcoming! Villa filou is charming and full of vibrant decorations. Would highly recommend :)

We felt very comfortable in this little paradise! The beautiful garden invites you to linger and relax. There are beautiful things to discover everywhere. The cottage is also beautiful, also here you can see interesting things everywhere that could tell their stories. Matthias also has a variety of great books and games available. Despite the quiet location, you have plenty of opportunities for things to do. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back! Thank you so much, it was all just wonderful! Anja

We feel grateful as we booked this place very last minute since our car broke down when driving through there. Seppi’s place has everything you need, great location where is close to everything, easy to check in, no problem communicating. Very recommend!

So the place was very well maintained, in a quiet area and the host was mega friendly. I would immediately recommend it to anyone and am still fascinated by the value for money. We will definitely come back.

My stay in southern Styria was simply fantastic! The region is perfect for getting away from it all and relaxing. Especially with my dog, it was a true paradise – lots of nature, wonderful walks and an atmosphere that invites you to breathe deeply. The views were breathtaking – rolling hills, vineyards and a tranquility that is rare to find. Our place was also a highlight: very cozy and welcoming. We felt incredibly comfortable right from the start. A special thank you to Elisabeth, the hostess. She was incredibly kind and helpful and was always there for me when needed. I can recommend southern Styria to anyone looking for a break in a beautiful area, whether with a dog or without. We will definitely be back!
