Very nice apartment in the heart of Graz. Everything is within walking distance or by transport. The accommodation is very well equipped, very clean and very quiet. A real pleasure to experience. I would recommend it in a second!

This apartment was perfect for our trip to Graz! We loved how easy it was to walk to many restaurants, shops, and city attractions nearby! The farmer's market is right across the street and there is a grocery store nearby, which was very convenient. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer! Check-in & check-out were very easy with Moritz 's clear instructions. I would recommend staying here!

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would do it immediately. We were so warmly welcomed in the cottage with little things like coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, sugar & tea. Everything was really thought of, which made our stay really great. Communication with the host was outstanding. Unfortunately, we had not packed an extension cable for our raclette on New Year's Eve - less than 5 minutes after the request, the host's mother, such a warm, nice woman, came and brought us 2 extension cables. She even shook our little one's hand with a New Year's greeting, which just shows cordiality. Our place was very clean and thoughtfully furnished. We will be happy to come back!

Had a super nice weekend at Bettina's place. We felt right at home. The kitchen is very modern and more than fully equipped. The bathroom is also very nice and large. We particularly liked the private garden with grill and fire bowl:)

The house is a real gem where you feel unbelievably comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and supportive. The sauna is simply giving away, as well as the view and the surroundings. Everything just great !

We felt very comfortable in the apartment for four nights. It has everything you need for a short visit. The location close to the university was great for us because quiet yet well connected to the city center. Communication with host Markus was excellent before, during and after the visit. We would love to come back at any time if you visit Graz again.

We feel grateful as we booked this place very last minute since our car broke down when driving through there. Seppi’s place has everything you need, great location where is close to everything, easy to check in, no problem communicating. Very recommend!

The apartment is very large and spacious. Everything was very clean, the couch very cozy, the big TV also perfect for a chill-out evening in the room. The usable spa area is also completely satisfactory, nice pools & saunas and very good opening hours. We will be happy to come back.
