Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Südliche Weinstraße

The accommodation is ideally located 35 minutes from all the Christmas markets and other visiting points, such as the Château du Hautkoenisbourg, access to the hiking trail etc... The only downside is parking as the space reserved for the listing is permanently occupied by the neighbors. We will gladly repeat the experience.

We immediately felt comfortable in the house. It was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, it had toys for the kids and the garden is fenced in a dog-safe way. The hosts were quickly accessible when needed and gave us helpful tips for activities. Thank you for this wonderful time out at your place!

Together with the extended family, we spent very nice days over Easter in the well-equipped, sparkling clean, and child-friendly house! We were very pleased about the nice reception with chocolate eggs, Easter lamb and sparkling wine. On the spacious grounds we could play boules and football, barbecue, visit the chickens and the goat... and also in the house there was enough space to play with the grandchildren. Cindy and Pierre-Yves' house is a haven of peace:) You won't miss a thing. Extremely well located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Perfect to enjoy the terrace and garden. Hosts are very responsive and stay nearby, which is a plus in case of “worries”! I would recommend it 100%, I'll be back:)

Vérène offers ideal accommodation for a short relaxing family vacation, the surrounding environment is very pleasant as is the apartment. It is in a very good location, both quiet and very close to the city center. It is well equipped for us or for the children (crib, games, books, high chair etc.). As for Vérène, she is a very welcoming host and available for any questions. I would definitely recommend it.

We were there as a family with two children (11 and 14) and had a great time. The accommodation is extremely cozily furnished and in nice weather (we unfortunately had some bad luck with the weather) you can also enjoy sitting outside. The area invites you to hike (we particularly enjoyed the 10 kilometer long circular path from the champs du Feu to the Hohenwald waterfall, which has great views and starts only a few kilometers from the property). Also, the place is very conveniently located to explore the beautiful villages of Alsace. Cathy and her husband are great hosts, we felt right at home!

This was our third stay at this apartment, and it always feels just like home. Marcus and Uli are wonderful hosts — kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The apartment is spotless, cozy, and has everything you might need. We wholeheartedly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!
