It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. You will have sole occupancy in the Former Landgrave's Hunting Lodge in Eppenbrunn, a remarkably beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 in a 4415 m² park with wooded area, BBQ, and terrace. The villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.
