It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, 15 min walking distance from the picturesque harbour and downtown Husum. Diese Traum-Neubau-Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

It can accommodate 4 people on two levels in a stylish ambiance in the immediate vicinity of Friedrichstadt, the rivers Treene and Eider with swimming areas and the North Sea. The seaside resort of Sankt Peter Ording is about 40 km away. A beach chair can be used there free of charge. The house is located on a large property and invites you to relax with the view of the green meadows.

In the back, he lingers in the courtyard, which invites you to barbecue and linger in gray-colored weather. The official likes it a little stuffy, sits at the desk from 8-9 am & writes postcards, then drops the pen & likes to try the culinary delights in the immediate vicinity.
