Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Sleeping places in the countryside, bakery, homestay

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Artists' farm with a site trailer and wild art in the countryside

If you are longing for a break and want to enjoy the luxury of simplicity in a special atmosphere, this is the place to be. The lovingly designed showman's trailer with wood stove is located on a heritage-listed artists' courtyard (built in 1805). Our holiday home is a half-timbered house in "Little Venice," the old fishing houses in front of the city wall and is bordered by the Werra, the Werra Bridge and the old city wall. In the 1990s it has been lovingly renovated and has been modernized since then. Families with children are welcome! Cots for toddlers and high chairs are included at no extra charge. The ground floor is used by a café with beer garden, from which you can also be taken care of on request.
