The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. There are even Havaianas sandals and pool towels. The quality and pressure of bathroom water was excellent compared to other hotels in Angeles. The pool on the rooftop is amazing. I liked the temperature of pool water and the wonderful view of Angeles city, sky and remote mountains.

Have been using Shame and Donna's accommodations on my visits since last year and have been my go to for my trips to Angeles City. Amazing service and great communication.

I like the place it’s private and the are location is quiet with ample parking. Things I like about the place - two bathrooms and shower. If you have elderly companions they can sleep in a floor mattress in the ground floor and will still have access to the bathroom separated from the second floor one. - One TV with Netflix per floor if you need to watch - 24/7 grocery and cafe walking distance and a 7-11 that accessible 5 minutes by car. - there a pool and restaurant nearby accessible for a fee - there’s a nice highly rated restaurant in the same area that’s walkable (was not able to try through) The unit has cooking utensils, wine glasses, cork screw and even cheese cutter and board. - host provided a water dispenser with water. Things that can be improved but still okay - AC is cool but not as cold as I would have wanted but it’s also because it was really hot during our stay. The room was still cold and you will not sweat unless you are used to really cold AC.

We had a great time! Kumpleto ang gamit sa kitchen. Even ang comfort rooms maganda, malinis and may toiletries din.

Frederick’s La Francesca Residence is an absolute gem. Nestled in a subdivision, don’t be dissuaded by older properties in the area. Frederick’s place has a modern design with beautiful features and cozy furniture. Quiet and quaint comes to mind. The residence is well thought out. Staff were responsive and friendly. Simple touches throughout the property made it feel like home. No need to cook though because the property is right behind SM where you’ll have access to a variety of cafes/restaurants. La Francesca is definitely worth a stay and a return. Thank you Frederick and team!

We celebrated my Mom and Grandma's birthday here, and it was such a lovely experience! The place is peaceful, calming, and incredibly well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning was super cold—perfect for relaxing. Ms. Merlyn and Kuya Ivan were very accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries. As a sweet surprise, they even gave us some delicious baked goods before we checked out. It was a short but memorable staycation—definitely time well spent! I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

This place is so spacious and perfect for groups. The bathrooms were so clean and we love the free toiletries. We did give feedback about hoping to have additional deeper pots for cooking soups, and biggert trash bins to organize trash. Nevertheless, the rolms were comfy, the AC's were cool and the place was comfy. All in all it was a lovely stay. We loved the freebiea and

Good for staycation, medyo malamok lang during our stay, maybe because its always raining. But we enjoyed our stay very cozy.

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

We had an amazing stay at this stunning house! The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach. The house itself is beautifully clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The caretakers were super welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. And the videoke? A total plus! We had so much fun singing our hearts out with family. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway with a dash of fun. Booked this place last minute. The hosts are extremely responsive and warm. Wifi is strong and stable I was able to work without issue. The place is cozy, fully equipped, quiet and smells soooo good. The bed and pillows are soft and bouncy it felt like cloud. This is definitely one of the best stays I've had and I will definitely come back.

Great place to stay for love the room and the pool RECOMMENDED!!

My family had a great time staying at Luz's place. The check-in was seamless, the unit was clean, and it was conveniently located near the event we were attending. My kids loved the tower's swimming pool, and we had all the utensils we needed. There was a convenience store nearby, and the host was proactive in answering my questions—even the small ones. This is our second time staying at La Grande Residence, but our first time in Aaron’s unit — and we had a great experience. The location is very convenient, close to the mall, the airport, and Clark. Aaron is a kind, helpful, and responsive host. We highly recommend staying at his place!
