Condo vacation rentals in Subic

I just stayed for 14 hours at this place but what I liked the most is that the owner was very responsive and kind even though I was calling her late because I am not familiar with the location. The place was clean and had all the things I need. It even has good body wash and clean towels. I like that there are also nice utensils and cooking materials which you can use if you'll stay longer. It's worth the price.

Our second time here. We will definitely come back.

From beginning to end, Yuri is a fantastic host! I spent 1 month in her beautiful unit & it was exactly what I needed! Yuri was always only a text away for any questions. The unit is truly beautiful with everything you need for a long, or short, stay. Fully fitted out kitchen, nice relaxing balcony, & very comfortable beds! The condo is so peaceful & quiet with friendly reception staff. Everything you need is walking distance. Royal Duty Free Store, lots more malls & shops, great restaurants & if you get tired of the sparkling quiet pool, the beach is only a few minutes walk. I truly enjoyed staying at Yuri’s place & highly recommend it. Specially if you’re looking to be out of the hassle & noice of Barreto, which is only a short drive away. Thank you Yuri for a wonderful month of relaxation. I truly hope to return.

Ms. Jocelyn was very accommodating. She made sure I had a good check-in experience. This stay includes COVERED parking so you wouldn't have to worry of leaving your car unmanned. Her home was well maintained and kept tidy. The bedroom had its own airconditioning. She provided toiletries, towels, and blankets. The building staff were courteous and helpful. View of the Marquee mall, 1 mini walk to get there! Will dedinitely go back.

I visit the Philippines once a month. Every time I visit the Philippines, I use her accommodation. The reason is cleanliness.Quick response, quick response, friendly service, everything is perfect Also, her friends are the best, and they provide the best service.

Robert was one of the best hosts that I have encountered. His condo was spacious, clean, and you can tell he takes pride in what he is offering. Throughout the condo are quality furnishings and he provides everything that is needed, and a lot more. I will not stay in another place when I am in the area. Robert’s place was definitely more than I expected, and I look forward to my next stay!

Super happy with our stay! The host was really easy to talk to—quick replies and even helped us change our booking date with no problem at all. The room was spacious, clean, and super comfy. Everyone from the kids to the seniors had a great time! There were so many things to do—board games, PSP, videoke—you won’t get bored. Plus, check-in was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions. Would definitely book again!

Great place, clean and well-maintained. Kristine was very responsive and accommodating. She was kind enough to turn the aircon on when we were on our way so the room is cold once we arrive -- the only way to combat this hot summer heat. The only con is the property. I found it too strict and unaccommodating. There was this annoying instance where someone kept ringing the room phone to inform us to move "our car" despite repeatedly saying that ours was parked properly in the free parking area. Still, they kept calling. It was so annoying. Thankfully, it was resolved swiftly by Kristine -- the place was packed due to the holidays and the guards prolly got confused good stay overall

TLDR: Sarah is very responsive in all our queries and easy to speak with. We were looking for a place to spend the night near San Fernando last minute, and she was able to accommodate us and arranged everything in a limited time from guest requirements and coordinating with PMO. She was so responsive even the questions we had during our stay. I’ll definitely book this again if we’ll go back here! :)

Please atleast provide hand soap and shampoo if possible.

My Family really loves the location specially these units of Luz and Antonio, that’s why keep on coming back, and will always comeback for all our clark vacations. Building - People here are very respectful. Koreans in this S3 Building knows when to shut the noise/loud talkings once they entered the building specially the elevators. I feel like they are very pinoy in this building. 😅 Water - high pressure at all times. Shower all you want. Parking - A LOT of spots/slots. Just be mindful this place is very peaceful so be easy of accelerators if you have loud mufflers. 🙌 Security - Highly secured, friendly guards. 😊 Unit and CR - super clean, no bad odors from plumbing/sewer lines. AC - super cool. No bad odors, can’t smell any. ❤️ Curtains - Can really blackout the place if you want some extended sleep at day time. 🛌 Balcony - super relaxing, fresh air.😌 Laundry machine - new and easy to use. Superb high quality apartment within a well specified modern building which is peaceful but yet within easy walking distance of the Angeles City entertainment district. Having stayed in a number of different Kandi Reality apartments over the past few years I would definetely say that this unit is the best one yet due to the very reasonable price and the extras provided by the host such as fresh water dispensing machine and the fully equiped kitchen which are provided. The host is friendly, professional and responsive. The apartment was immaculate and it was a joy to stay there. Highly recommended!

It's a decent place now the construction noise has stopped. Many of the new facilities on the top floor still not open as of March '24 though.

I've been here a few times and it's always a pleasure to come back. Modern room, comfortable bed, high speed internet and the superb cleaning service.

We stayed there for a night since we needed to attend a wedding. The host was really flexible in terms of check in and check out since we came from manila early in the morning. The place was really neat and tidy with all the things you need for a hotel or even more! However, there was a miscommunication in terms of the passcode needed before you enter. I totally understood that the host were asleep since it was already 3am when we arrived at their place so they were a little late in responding to our call or text. Regardless, the whole place is nice!

Had a great and comfortable stay at Louis' unit. The place was spacious, clean, and exactly the same as you'd see in the photos. The location was very accessible as well and there are restaurants and malls within the area, there is also a roofdeck pool which guests could enjoy. Louis was a great host and his detailed instructions were very helpful, definitely would recommend his place.
