Friendly host with a friendly caretaker. Place is clean and you can smell that the linens used are newly washed.

Great Place, beautiful house and the design. Close to the sea, beach is beautiful and no people there. Great family time. We had some technical issues- no water on the upper floors almost everyday or very low pressure of water. I'd strongly suggest to cover the tools and all the items from the housekeeper's accommodation area as it spoils the beautiful surroundings of the villa. Wonderful Place with minor imperfections

Villa Amuntai is a Bali inspired theme private resort in Dinalupihan Bataan, were we celebrate my birthday with my FAMBAM.. I’m thankful that he accomodate us, sir lio, the owner is easy to deal with, true to his words, in what to expect and what to bring, we felt welcome as we entered the resort, as sis Rochelle, the caretaker of the resort is with welcoming vibe and responsive with all our request and attentive with our needs.. if you want to relax and be with nature the Amuntai villa is a must visit and experience, with your family, love ones and even friends.. The location is easy to find and offers complete privacy, allowing you to enjoy the place all to yourself. They also have a bath tub as part of the price we paid (they even have a balcony), making it a great place to stay.

We had a good time at Paradise Point Liwa with my friends - the room smelled nice, and the bed area was really comfy, so we liked it a lot. The only downside of our stay is when we open the doors, mosquitoes come in, which bothered us a little. Also, the doors were hard to close, so we had to ask for help every time we went out. The bathroom was the main issue though. We found a frog in the pail and saw some cockroaches. The water pressure was also low, and when we tried to fill the bathtub for 20 minutes, the water was yellow so we didn't use it anymore. Even though the bathroom situation wasn’t great, we’d still recommend the place. It’s close to the beach and restaurants, and I understand that the bathroom problems are hard to avoid since it’s so close to the beach. Overall, the staff is really nice and a good experience for us so hopefully the bathroom would be improved then it will be perfect! :)

The place is beautiful and very clean. We had relaxing day and it walking distance to the beach. The host is v Proactive.All Our requests have been satisfied. Definitely will stay here in the future.

The place is so nice and clean. We had a very nice time staying there with my whole family. We enjoyed the big Jengga blocks in the pit place, and we love the idea of staying in the living room. The place really made us bond more as it’s very spacious and everyone is invited to stay at the living room. The only downside though is the place. A bit far from the beach area. The host together with ate Kimmy is very helpful and accommodating. They have pabili services and can help you in your stay.

We had so much fun staying at Mona’s place, what’s more fun is the ambiance of the house itself. It’s cozy and we enjoyed staying in this place for the second time.

We loved our stay here. The place looks bigger in person than in the pictures! Complete equipments and amenities! Housekeeper is really helpful and accomodating to our requests.

The place is great for anyone looking for a quick getaway from Metro Manila. There are large spaces that accommodated my group but still feel intimate. The host was very responsive and catered all our needs. Will definitely return!

This place is beautiful and spacious and could easily fit 15 people comfortably. It is perfect for family get together. However, we wished to have a complete kitchen ameneties. Although, we were informed before the check in, Theres not enough plates, glass, cups and utensils for 15 people. We wish there could have been some basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper and oil. The water pressure is not strong. Overall experience was enjoyable. Would recommend and come back there again.
