House vacation rentals in Sturbridge

Six of us stayed over the weekend. We were very comfortable and Brad was very helpful and responsive. House had everything that we needed. Brad is a great host. Would 100% recommend a stay.

This was a great home away from home. Wish it didn’t rain as much as it did. We really wanted to walk the grounds more. Inside was cozy and warm. Anything you needed it was there. We absolutely loved our stay at the nest. The setting was perfect for a relaxing couple days for our family. Fishing, kayaking, hot tubing and walking. Jennifer was a great host ! Definitely recommend !!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for our 5 years of dating. The house was located in a cool little spot right on the water, the house was very clean, the activities such as kayaking and using the hot tub were a huge bonus to this place. Timothy was very easy to communicate with and made instructions clear. Would definitely stay here again as it made our trip very memorable. Thank you again!

We stayed at Carl's home for a friend's wedding weekend. The home was perfect for what we needed - many bedrooms, plenty of space for lounging and incredible location. The hosts were responsive to a small issue we had on check in - it was all resolved within 15 minutes, truly impressive hospitality, and did not impact our stay at all. If we're ever back in the area, we would definitely stay in this home again.

A wonderful place that felt even larger than in the pictures, surrounded by beautiful scenery, offering complete privacy, and the perfect touch of a delicious hot tub experience under a snowy night.

A peaceful location with chill activities for all ages...we enjoyed the phonograph, the retro Atari, the hot tub, the window bird feeder, and watching birds in the spacious yard and conservation area. Herons, hawks, and songbirds viewed. The hot tub was sparkling clean, and the linen robes were a thoughtful touch. Wifi worked great. We arrived late but instructions for entry were crystal clear. Virginia answered my questions promptly and warmly. Definitely a winner.

Another great weekend at Ed’s! It was our group’s second time staying here, and we loved it just as much as the first, which is to say—a lot! Ed is very considerate and responsive, and there’s plenty to do for everyone. We are already looking forward to next year!

Truly home sweet home. Just walk in and relax. Fully stocked kitchen including milk, eggs, butter and pastries so no need to rush out to go grocery shopping. Convenient to New Haven yet completely quiet neighborhood for resting and taking walks.

Great house and great host. The place was beautiful -- big kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great bathrooms (especially in the master bedroom), nice setup outside (jacuzzi and BBQ), etc. Perfect place for a family weekend in Litchfield. Location was perfect -- a 2 minute drive to great coffee, pastries, bread, ice cream, etc. in Bantam. Liz was an excellent host -- very helpful and responsive. We'd love to visit again soon.

This wonderful antique home is in a Beautiful spot in the heart of Litchfield CT, and a delight early spring when the fields of daffodils awake! This unique 1793 house has a great view & sunset, fireplace, simple spa/gym making it a gem even when the pool is closed. Nearby the town with lots to offer and local farms for food shopping too. What’s not to love 💛 Bonus is a great host offering a home that is in touch with the realities of rentals, pets and people -not picky, precious or punitive. Happy to recommend and return! This was my second stay here with my family and just like last time, we had an amazing time. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We felt right at home and got to experience the beauty of Exeter. It would be my pleasure to make this my yearly stay for me and my family.

This airbnb was so unique and it surpassed my expectations in every way. The location was unbeatable with downtown Newport just 10 minutes in driving distance. The rooftop deck overlooked the bay and we got to share a beautiful sunset each night. The inside of the home had ample space for each member of our group, and provided enough privacy for each of us whilst also giving us plenty of shared spaces. The inside of the home was spotless and inviting. Sara was responsive, accommodating, and helpful each step of the way. My stay in Middletown/Newport was unforgettable. The history, charm, and natural beauty of this area is one of a kind. I can not wait to return.

David’s home was exactly as described. The house has obviously been taken care of. The house was homey and very clean. The location was very close to Bowen’s Wharf.

Tom's a great host. The house was exactly as described. You were in a real, lived-in home that reflects the care of Tom the owner. (Unlike some of those corporate AirBNB homes that have zero personality) Very clean and has lots of thoughtful touches for guests. Would be great for a family because of the yard and playset. A throwback beach house in a quiet neighborhood of similar homes. We were 6 adults there for the Newport Marathon. And felt comfortable and not too crowded staying there for the weekend. 10-minute walk to 1st beach where the race started which was perfect. Would stay again. Thanks!
