We were for a short stay at Jerry's place. The house was the same as it was shown in photos, very clean and comfortable bed, Jerry was very responsive and even offer us to do the early check-in .You are doing a great job , well done. Thank you Jerry, we definitely coming back. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great place! Clean and kitchen has most everything you'd need. Mary left coffee K-cups, creamer and sugars and a bowl of snacks (pretzels etc.). All were really appreciated! When arriving, it's best to enter the adjacent shopping area from the main road and circle around to the right to the designated parking. Entering from the side road means you'll have to drive to the far end of the shopping plaza. The parking lot is exit only on the side road by the apartment and the entrance is at the far end. I was very comfortable here and I plan to choose this plan when I'm back in Shrewsbury.

I can see why Marianne is a super host! Her place is exactly how she describes but cozier. She had everything we needed to feel right at home and even stocked the kitchen with some thoughtful items like milk, oj and cereal. The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and even had an extra half bath which was very convenient. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit and lots of space to unpack. We love the location because it was as easy to get to Newport as it was to Portsmouth. There's a well renowned French bakery about a quarter of a mile away and the local’s favorite coffee shop is less than half a mile away. The apartment felt very private but Marianne was always available if we had a question. Best of both worlds!

This was my 2nd stint staying with Ms Rachel and yet again a wonderful experience. such a cozy place to stay. looking forward to staying with you next year. Give her a shot. I'm sure you will love her and what she has to offer!! Enjoy and York welcome 😉

Such a perfect place located between campus and town. Easy to enjoy Middletown, and a nice retreat at the close of the day. Love it, and we've already booked our next stay.

Beautiful place to stay. If you want something in walking distance close to restaurants and tourist shops this is a bit of a walk. Peaceful place to stay, but had to drive to see attractions and places to eat. I loved how clean and spacious this place was. Perfect for any stay in a quiet neighborhood.

I had a wonderful stay in Newton. Pamela was a great host and her place is so convenient to getting into Boston as well as local restaurants.

My fiancé, son and I stayed here while we were looking at colleges. We absolutely fell in love with the place. The AirBnB is beautiful. The artwork and decor is modern and funky. It's got a wonderful, welcoming vibe. We loved using the record player and the album collection. It rained all weekend so it was fun to play video games and ping pong. When the rain let up we walked to the rail trail. We also walked to the corner market and other stores on Main St. Ginny is proactive, responsive and friendly. I highly recommend booking a stay here. We plan on returning soon!

Very nice apartment with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The jacuzzi was even in an enclosed tent which was great considering the chilly weather. Comfortable bed, functional kitchen, close to multiple supermarkets and restaurants close by as well. Would definitely stay again!

Lakisha’s space was just what I was looking for. Dog friendly, walkable neighborhood. She was helpful, and flexible with check-in time. Everything was as described. Hot tub took over an hour to fill, but i knew it would take a while from the description. It was a great stay! Would recommend.

Very homey, fully equipped with all your needs plus some, easy parking, check and check out, comfy beds, this list goes on.. and Sandra is the best host ever!!!! Very friendly and accommodating. Very happy with the place! Beautiful apartment, very clean. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. The apartment overlooks a beautiful hill and views of the water. Perfect spot for a morning coffee. The pool was very clean. Jenny & Ania were amazing hosts, very helpful and made everything more enjoyable.

This was a great space for a getaway with my husband. This is the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! This was very impressive and greatly appreciated! We live in the area, and it is a great location close to a ton of things to do (outside and inside) and a wide selection of restaurants in multiple directions. The location was quiet and felt private. Lindsey was super communicative and very responsive. Internet worked great (which was an issue in some other airbnbs we've stayed in). It was well stocked with appliances, and all the things we could need for our stay (we love a good king bed). We highly recommend!
