Apartment vacation rentals in Worcester County

Great place for a single traveler or 2-3 who don’t mind being cozy! Listing is fully accurate - mini fridge is a good size, was able to fit some leftovers in there. HVAC was great and the check in/checkout was a breeze. The hosts were very friendly and responsive by message as well! Tips for booking: I’d recommend people renting be able to handle a couple flights of steeper stairs with their luggage as it’s an older New England home construction but in great condition - super quiet, clean, and safe! If anyone is over 6’6” they may need to duck under doorways as ceilings are ~7ft (shower head was just high enough for me at 6’3”-6’4”). Overall a more minimalist space but perfect fit for me, traveling in solo to visit family nearby. Look forward to booking again on my next trip!

Andrew always responded right away, was extremely helpful and flexible. Nothing was difficult about checking in, finding the place, or parking. The room was exactly as described and perfect for what we needed! Thank you Andrew! I will consider this place again if I have people come visit again!

My stay was awesome

This was a really nice place . Very clean and private . We were there during a huge snow storm and was surprised by how quickly the pathways were cleared and they even helped shovel our car out ! The hill was a little sketchy especially during the storm but overall not bad . My only quam was the heat , it was pretty cold out during our stay and would have liked it to be a little warmer in the apartment. Overall a very nice place to stay .

The house was comfy. Great places to eat within walking distance. The view, absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, this is the place.

We had a great experience being hosted here! The place was very clean, had a parking spot (additional to street parking), and was in a quiet/peaceful part of the neighborhood. Out host was amazing and provided quality service leading up to and during our stay :)

Desiree & Steven’s place is truly a hidden gem. I stayed during the “off season” when the pool and other outdoor amenities were unavailable, and yet it still felt like retreat even in the dead of winter! It was a particularly snowy time, and Steven always made sure the walkway was shoveled and salted and really went above and beyond to make my stay feel comfortable. When I needed to extend my stay, Desiree and Steven made the process seamless. Truly a hidden gem with the added benefit of outstanding hosts!

We needed a good accommodation in this area for an overnight so my partner could get to work early the next morning. The place was spotless, exactly as pictured, and Justin was a most accommodating host. We got an excellent recommendation for dinner, and he was able to help us With a flexible check-in time so we could relax a bit longer. Our only wish for this accommodation would be to have parking a bit more accessible. This is not Justin‘s fault. The city has designated permit only parking in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. To his credit, Justin provides a map indicating where parking is allowed . We were able to find two spaces, but were not willing to move cars that evening for fear of losing a space! Thanks to our host for a great stay!

A respite from a busy trip, Safura’s spot was welcoming and just what I needed. Clean space, comfy bedrooms, functional kitchen, big shower with great water pressure, tall trees to admire out the windows. I would stay here again for sure.

Everything was lovely! Baylee was an excellent host, the space felt bright and welcoming, and we had everything we needed. I was a little disappointed that the kitchen wasn't as bright yellow as the pictures indicated, but that obviously didn't detract from the overall experience. My only real complaint, which is out of the host's hands and doesn't reflect on her at all, was that the road leading to the house is riddled with massive potholes. Classic New England! But Baylee, and the unit, were exactly what we needed for our stay. I really appreciated the little booklet of recommended activities/places of interest that was left in the living room. Baylee's communication was always prompt and comprehensive. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in the area.

Sarah and Frank are consummate 5* hosts! They are friendly, warm, and welcoming. When we expressed interest in their kayaks, they immediately offered to assist us in getting them launched, which made for a fabulous morning paddle! The apartment is so comfortable, and the location is very close to the town of Webster and within 20-25 minutes of the other towns in this southwestern tip of Massachusetts. The entire experience of friendliness, warmth, and comfort make this an excellent choice for serenity, privacy, and beauty, and if there is a "lake lifestyle," -- this is it. The photos are just a slight suggestion of how beautiful the location is. We were two people, and it had romance. If you're a family, it's perfectly set up with two bedrooms, tons of games and toys, a play area, children's and adult books, and fully stocked kitchen utensils—it's a gem! We are eager to be return in the Spring!

Two important notes: (1) this was my first experience with Airbnb, and (2) I was booking a one-month stay, temporary housing for me while I awaited the availability of my new home. The location was <15 minutes from my former home, so I was familiar with the area and only seeking a place to live for a month. That said, the host, Jeff, was as good as you can get. He left me on my own and checked in occasionally to see if there was anything that I needed. The apartment is on the second floor of a circa-1920's bungalow in a densely packed, quiet neighborhood with very easy access to whatever you need. The apartment was very well maintained with upscale features and amenities. Given that I certainly was not vacationing, nor was I visiting friends or family, I was seeking something functional, and this fit the bill very well. I would give the host(s) my highest recommendation.

The nest was a perfect little spot for my vacation and was in easy traveling distance of everywhere I intended to go. it was easy to locate and had everything I needed. Aerevyn is a wonderful host and was friendly and available. She ensured I had a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this spot. I will definitely check for the Nest's availability the next time I visit the area!

The stay was easy and comfortable. Hosts were so welcoming, and offered clear instructions for everything from beginning to end. Serene respite from the loud world — close to nature with everything we needed!

My sisters and I had such a wonderful weekend at this Airbnb! The place was exactly what we needed—peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing, it really allowed us to unwind and enjoy our time together. Everything was just as described (if not better!), and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Joanne truly has earn the title of super host. Detail instructions to locate her place with pictures to help avoid missing her location. The place is as described and my biggest disappointment was Mother Nature which decided to delay spring like weather so didn’t really get to take in the lake experience. My visit was on 4/10-4/13. Rain/snow mix decided to return.Joanne is quick to address any questions and has all the basics needed for your stay. Kitchen equipped with coffee maker and supplies. For the folks staying in to prepare meals pots and seasonings on deck. Joanne’s place is a can’t miss and ideal as well if looking to travel into Boston as we did on this stay.

Loved my stay in Barre. Perfect for my month long stay during my clinical rotation in Barre. Glen’s place had everything I needed and more! Great local trails. He was easy to get a hold of if I needed anything. I will be back!
