A Cozy Loft In Downtown Providence

The cozy loft locates in the center of the downtown Providence, surrounded by the historic art theaters, restaurants, bars and shopping mall. 3 min walking to the convention center, 10 minutes to east College hill (RISD, Brown), west Federal hill, north Train station and State capitol. PVDCoop: Artsy Cozy, Close, East Side Apt.

Unique Ground floor one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in the Mt. Hope Neighborhood on the East Side. Near bus line (r), Easy to Amtrak Train station. One mile from RISD & Brown front gates, Fully furnished with a queen sized bed and dresser as well as a pull-out couch. Kitchen is fully functional and also furnished. Near many great bars, restaurants and stores. We have Chickens on the premises. They make some noise, but aren't intrusive. They sleep when its dark, there is no rooster.

Looking for a cozy, well-located space to spend a few days to a few weeks (up to 27 days)? Check out my 3rd floor studio with private entrance, bedroom, sitting room and bathroom with shower. This is an individual room in my home, which I and two tenants occupy. Near a major bus route, and within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and retail shops. 25-30 minute walk to downtown, a 15 minute drive to Brown and RISD.
