Strp Sea Front

Sea front old stone house with amazing sea views and so much space! Pretty unique location, one just need to grab a towel and take few steps to the sea. Hard to beat the views over the day or night scenery. House has two bedrooms, each with own bathroom plus additional bathroom with laundry equipment . Ground floor bedroom has access to the front patio of the house while bedroom 2 can have use of top deck terrace with BBQ. In the middle of the house is living room with kitchen and dining.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Breathtaking views! Relax on two private balconies high above the bustling sea road, only a 3-minute walk to the water. The front balcony boasts spectacular views of the town's iconic bell tower and two picturesque islands. The side balcony also has beautiful sea and mountain views; its location just off the kitchen makes it perfect for al fresco dinners. (Please note - the entire town of Perast is built on a steep hillside slope and there are a lot of steps to navigate!)

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

My family is living on the ground floor of house. Apartment contains 78 square m and it is comfortable even for two families. It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with all equipment, table, tv, 3 air conditions and terrace. Wi fi is free and parking place of course.
