Un petit coin de paradis 😀 Le logement est très bien équipé et très agréable. La piscine est magique !! Malcolm est adorable et la communication avec lui est très facile. Je recommande ++++ Un seul regret… nous aurions dû réserver 1 semaine de + 😉

We had enjoyed our stay very much. it felt like Nelli thought of everything. The house is sweet very well organise. we found all we needed. the beds are very comfortable. the single beds are wide. our kids slept in the beds that are one on top of the other. Our young daughter felt a little uncomfortable with the high bed. The wither was good and we could use the beautiful outdoor spaces. Personaly I am a type that likes airy places and for May it was absolutely great to have our morning coffee at the porch and eat dinner in the outdoors, next to the kitchen. the kitchen have everything i needed. Nelli was so kind to invite us to a community picnic on the weekend. and advice us with best recommendation for restaurants and grocery. I do advice to come with some foods because you'll need a car to get anywhere. We found the people very kind, hart warming and lovely. coud get around with English, and enjoy these amazing mountains.

Lovely apartment on a well kept complex, very peaceful. The apartment is close to the Lapta Walkway and it's lovely to walk along early in the morning before breakfast. There's a supermarket within walking distance and the Wild Duck is a lovely place to eat and very reasonable, they even deliver if you don't feel like going out. Arhun, the host, did everything to ensure I had a good holiday and when there was a problem with the kitchen sink he sent round a plumber to fix it very quickly.

It's good value for money. The "luxury" part depends on what you expect from a place, it is indeed large and has a jacuzzi, but to us it didn't feel like a luxury flat - it needs some updates & renovations, as it shows it's age. Otherwise you're just like in a private villa, it occupies the entire upper floor. 3 mins from the sea by foot, not a very busy area and parking included. A bigger tv would be needed as couch is really far from it :) We recommend it nonetheless.

Everything great, minus the Wifi that wasn't working during my stay. Host fixed heating next morning. Great host, amazing location, near the main street. Safe and clean building. Room gets dark to sleep in the morning. Space is big enough for 2 or 3 people.

We had a few issues at the start which Elena fixed as soon as she could. This is a host that will go through fire to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The place is modern and beautiful with a balcony to relax on during slow days. There are a few minor things that could be improved upon: - The couch is pretty small. If you're a plus size person, you won't be able to sit comfortably watching tv. - The beds does not have any mattress pads and in certain positions you can feel the spring in the mattress. I believe this place is a 5/5 if the above are taken care of.

Perfect location, and did not have any problems in the apartment.

Это был великолепный отдых в уникальном и незаурядном доме у очень приятного и интересного хозяина. Мы полность погрузились в местную атмосферу и колорит, максимально отключились от городской суеты и наслаждались каждой минутой проведенной в этом великолепном доме, вечера в саду запомнятся своей умиротворённой атмосферой и спокойствием.

Жильё находится примерно в получасе ходьбы от моря. В доме нет лифта, нужно подняться на один этаж. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая, быстро решает возникающие проблемы.

We stayed for few months. The owner and her daughter are really nice and always ready to help with any issue. It is cheaper acommodation so you can’t expect luxury there, apartment is spacious though. All the issues we had were promtly resolved. It is few minutes from the promenade/beach and it has everything for day to day life nearby. I can definitely recommend.

we were guests at dimitrios and andreas' flat already for the second time and it was just as great as our first visit! thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Troodos mountains... The apartment is very comfortable with a right-at-home feel, we loved the vintage decorations & the terrace plants & flowers :) Kitchen is very well equipped, enough pots & pans for a family feast! Location is great, quiet & peaceful but lose to local restaurants & supermarket in the town. Nature trails & historical monasteries are within driving distance so it was easy to plan activities. Host communications were friendly & helpful - it was very easy to find the apartment & check in. We would happily return when we next visit Cyprus!

Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

Andros ist der beste Vermieter, den man sich vorstellen kann! Seit der Buchung immer in Kontakt, fürsorglich, hilfsbereit, freundlich- ein ganz besonderer Mensch! Schön, dass ich dich kennenlernen durfte! Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Andros hat mir einTaxi vom Flughafen organisiert und mich persönlich und mit Willkommensgeschenken empfangen. Danke! Ich habe 14 Tage alleine hier verbracht und habe mich die ganze Zeit absolut sicher gefühlt. Man kann hier ohne Bedenken als Frau auch Abends alleine unterwegs sein. Der Blick von der großen Terasse auf Strand, Palmen und das Meer ist zu jeder Zeit ein Traum! Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral-die Altstadt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, die Bushaltestelle, mit der man in die entfernteren Städte kommt und der Strand sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sie ist gemütlich und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freue mich jetzt schon darauf!

This house is really something very special as you can feel all the love, passion and positive energy Alessandra and her family put into this paradiso for decades. We loved this wonderful space from the very first second and it grounded us in a very warm and positive way. Thank you!!

We would definitely rent Leida's apartment again - for its location, ease of access to the beach and promenade and for the fact that it is in Larnaca which for us is the best main town on the South coast of Cyprus. Come here if you like the combination of beach/restaurants/shops mixed with traditional Greek Cyprus life. Walk out of town early on the promenade to MacKenzie Beach to the Beach Hut restaurant for Olive pie and strong coffee or vegan / greek breakfasts then rent a pair of Sunbeds on the beach for £5 Euro in front of the restaurant to relax. Or walk back into town stopping in the small marina to buy a Sea Bream straight off the boat from Michael (8 Euro - enough for 2 people) Best restaurants we visited were "Zephyros" in Mackenzie beach Marina (grilled Octopus is OMG!!) and "Maqam Al Sultan" the Lebanese restaurant on the front in Larnaca just by Larnaca castle (Vegan food so good it made us laugh). We had a lovely time - thank you Leida. What a nice place !!

Beautiful views in a quiet location. The children didn’t use the downstairs bedroom as it can only be accessed by outside steps and didn’t have a lock. This didn’t matter as the second bedroom has two single beds and is a good size. When we had a problem with the shower draining very slowly, the matter was sorted very quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Pyla. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. It’s on the 1st floor with an elevator and has a lovely view of the pool. The location is excellent just minutes from the highway, which made it easy to get around, yet still in a peaceful and relaxing neighborhood. The apartment has two bedrooms and is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen. We really appreciated the thoughtful touch of breakfast essentials waiting for us when we arrived,bread, juice, water, pastrami, and cheese. It was perfect after a long travel day. The building has both an outdoor and indoor pool, as well as a gym, all open from 8 AM to 8 PM. Pool towels were also provided, which was a nice bonus. There was always plenty of hot water. Check-in was smooth and easy, and communication with the host was great throughout. We really enjoyed our time here and we would certainly return. A car is a must.

Absolutely excellent location. Communication with Alex was informative and always quick to answer. we would hope to be able to use Alex place again.

Kesinlikle çok çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle Berke Beyin ilgisi çok güzeldi. Sabah bize bahçesinden topladığı organik kayısı ve nektarın ikram etti. Çok memnun kaldık mutlaka tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir mekan 🥰🥰🥰

Cengiz Bey’e ailecek teşekkürlerimi sunarak başlamak istiyorum. Son derece ilgili, bir sorunda/ soruda hemen cevap veren, çözüm bulmaya çalışan bir ev sahibi. Eve ilk girdiğimizde temizlik personelinden kaynaklı temizlikle ilgili bir sorun yaşadık. Cengiz Bey son derece ilgili bir şekilde tekrar temizletmek için uğraştı gelen temizlik personelleri daha sonra temizleyeceklerini söylediler ve gelmediler. Cengiz bey hemen temizlik ücretimizi iade etti. Bizim için önemli olan da ilgisiydi zaten eksiklikler her zaman olur ama önemli olan eksikliklerin giderilmesi için çabalamasıydı. Ev son derece güzel eski bir taş ev resmen bizi geçmişe götürdü evin dekoru, bahçesi, odaları, balkonları… merkeze, denize uzak değil. İşlerimizi rahatlıkla hallederken huzurlu bir tatil imkanı sağladı bize. Kesinlikle Cengiz Bey’ in evinizi tutmanızı tavsiye ederim çünkü herhangi bir sorunda direkt olarak muhattap buluyorsunuz ve sanki sizin yanınızdaymış gibi çözüm bulmaya çalışıyor. Çok teşekkür ederiz. 🌸

It's a very spacious appartment and close enough to the boulevard for fun, but far away enough to not too much noise. Instructions were super clear! We also had a very late check-out and that was possible. That gave us another full day to enjoy Larnaca which was super! Thanks Natalia!
