Die großzügige und helle Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss (100 m²) bietet Platz für 4-5 Personen. Das Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage hat ein Doppelbett und ein Kinderbett für 2 Kinder. Das Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage verfügt zusätzlich über eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch. Zur Mitbenutzung steht unser Garten mit Pool (Saison Mitte Mai-Sept.) Trampolin, großer Wiese zum Fußballspielen, Feuerschale und Grill zur Verfügung. Wir befinden uns genau zwischen Regensburg und dem Oberpfälzer Seenland (ca. 20 km).

Zirben Chalet bei Landshut

Das Zirben Chalet liegt südlich von Landshut in der Gemeinde Kumhausen (8 Min. zur Altstadt Landshut, Stadtbus-Verbindung vorhanden) umgeben von Wald, Feld und Wiesen. Genieße die Ruhe im Chalet aus original österreichischer Hochlandzirbe. Du kannst auf eigene Verantwortung Naturpool, Kinderseilbahn, Trampolin und Spielburg mitbenutzen. Gegen Gebühr sind eine 11 KW Wallbox, elektrische Fahrräder oder Lastenrad für 1 Erwachsenen plus max. 3 Kinder bis 8 Jahre oder 2 Kinder bis 12 Jahre nutzbar.

Lernt die Region wie ein Einheimischer kennen. Diese gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich in einem Ferienpark im bayerischen Wald. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befindet sich eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, Shops und touristischen Ausflugszielen. Regionale Insidertipps gibts von mir inklusive. Verbringt eine romantische Zeit in den Wäldern und findet zur Ruhe. Der holzbefeuerte Kamin lädt ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Bringt gerne auch eure pelzigen Freunde mit, auch sie sind herzlich willkommen!

Unser Hof bietet einen 15 m Naturschwimmteich und liegt in absoluter Alleinlage am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes "Höllbachtal", zwischen Regensburg, Cham und Straubing gelegen. Bei uns finden Sie Ruhe, wunderschöne Natur, herzliche Atmosphäre und ein sehr gemütliches Ambiente. Unsere beiden Galeriewohnungen mit Kaminofen und Zirbenbetten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Außerdem bieten wir gegen Aufpreis Sauna und med. Massagen. Damit die Ruhe gewährleistet ist, nehmen wir nur 2 Gäste pro Wohnung.

In the apartment awaits you a coffee maker, washer + dryer, Netflix, a cozy double bed, WiFi, etc.. Also relax in the in-house swimming pool, sauna or steam bath.

A highlight of the apartment with terrace is the large kitchen with kitchen block, fully equipped with a Miele stove and oven, a large fridge with freezer and all the kitchen utensils your heart desires.

Own mobility is absolutely essential! 42m² attic apartment in a very quiet location in the Bavarian Forest. Ideal as a starting point for excursions, hikes, bike tours. But you can also just enjoy the location and the garden. The apartment is on the 1st floor (attic) and can be reached via the common front door and the stairwell. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a kitchen with a dining table, sink, refrigerator and two hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.
