We immediately felt welcome at Sabine's farm. She gave us many tips for the area directly upon arrival and showed us the apartment. A fire in the stove was already prepared so we could arrive and relax right away. Communication was always possible without problems and the sauna, as well as the massage, were the icing on the cake during our stay. If we need a few days off from everyday life again, we would come back any time!

We stayed with Yvonne and Karl for 11 days over New Year's Eve and would do it again at any time. The luxurious and eclectically equipped house had all the amenities we needed to recover and regain strength for us. Even with a toddler (8 months) it was no problem as long as the little one doesn't get from A to B. We will definitely come back again if the little one is old enough to be able to walk safely through the house. Until then, we wish Yvonne and Karl only pleasant guests and the best for the future ! We really enjoyed the days at Angelika's and her family's farm. Above all, the kids particularly liked the possibility to play outside right in front of the cabin and jump on the trampoline, so we were just on the farm for two days of our four-day trip. The kids were also allowed to ride ponies, feed sheep and chickens and even help out in the pasture when there was work to be done. Thanks for the nice days :)!

Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

We felt very comfortable. The stairs are very steep and with the children at night a bit more challenging for the toilet trip, but otherwise there are many play opportunities and toys for the little ones.

A super chalet with mega views, a mega beautiful view of the mountains with really pure and great air. For people who want to enjoy complete peace and quiet, it's the best option. The Vilstalhütte is simply fantastic – perfect for unwinding and re-energizing. The location is beautiful and the cabin is well equipped, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. You can tell right away: It was planned with heart here. Nic is super friendly, helpful and makes you feel completely comfortable. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a special getaway!

We were there as a family with two children and a dog, the host was very friendly, everything was clean and the restaurant next door was also delicious. In the area there were many opportunities to walk and a special recommendation is the wild garden near Furth in the forest.

This location is a real oasis of well-being, quiet and very tidy. The fireplace creates a warm beautiful atmosphere. It is really a perfect place to switch off and unwind. Communication with Marco was great and quick. Thank you Marco

This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We had a great week in the apartment and felt completely comfortable! The apartment is surprisingly spacious – it looks even bigger in real life than in the pictures – and also the garden is really big, which was great for playing football together, for example. A highlight was definitely the jacuzzi, which we had a lot of fun. From the house you can start directly to hikes, but we also took a trip to the small Arbersee and took a beautiful tour there. In general, it is helpful to arrive by car because it makes it simply more flexible in terms of activities. The communication with the landlords was consistently great – friendly, straightforward and fast. Overall we had a really nice time and can only recommend the place!

We spent wonderful days over New Year's Eve and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is clean and lovingly furnished, we immediately felt comfortable. Lars, who lives on the ground floor below the apartment and is very friendly, pleasant and helpful, also contributed to this. Every day we used it for nice walks in the snowy and quiet surroundings. We stayed here in Bodenmais for about a week and felt very comfortable. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Arrival, stay and check-out were uncomplicated, very friendly and very pleasant. The ski resort on the Großer Arber is perfect for families. The area offers many excursion options for all ages. We will be happy to come back sometime.

We had a very nice weekend at Milan's house. The house offers a lot of space and especially the common area is a highlight. It is very nicely located and you can also be a little louder as a large group. I would book the house again immediately.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful Christmas together here! Everything was beautifully decorated and welcoming and our hosts were lovely. Great space and location for a quiet retreat and not too far from Regensburg. Definitely need a car for transportation. Would stay again for sure.

We really enjoyed the short time. The house is located off the edge of the national park and is easy to find. We were received very nicely and found the facility cozy and practical.

Hannah and Julian's house was just awesome. So much attention to detail and so much passion put into the accommodation. Madness. Especially all the amenities were sensational. A huge Weber grill, PS5, huge TV, games galore and a well-equipped kitchen! Thank you - it was really a lot of fun!

Beautiful clean cottage in a quiet private area. We had a great time. There are many opportunities nearby for hiking or visiting the cities of Regensburg and Nuremberg. The contact with Stefan was very pleasant and smooth. The garden is beautiful with an outdoor kitchen. Please pay attention to ticks!

The space is large, especially with the garden. We were here for 3 weeks as a family with 2 children (12 and 16) and really experienced the house as our house. We didn't feel like we were missing anything. Fatima is a sweet, responsive woman, who wants you to have a good time, so it does everything for you. At night it is very quiet, with the occasional cow showing her dissatisfaction from her stable. During the day, the only traffic is sometimes a tractor and a local car, so also very quiet. A little further in the village (in front of the church along and then before the bridge on the right =2 minutes walk) is a public football field and some playground equipment, so for the more active residents there is also an opportunity to lose their energy, by playing football, badminton, hiking and/or cycling. We really enjoyed this house.
