Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of peace and quiet and nature lovers... just switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. You can hike or bike from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

Family-friendly apartments in Hallertau (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. Ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt, or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, bicycles, toys, table tennis, foosball, and an outdoor play area are available. You can find more information about places to visit and restaurants in the brochures in the apartment.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the more than 300 years old, lovingly restored house. The floors with natural stone and wooden floorboards are well-equipped with underfloor heating, even for the cold season. All spaces have several windows, which can be darkened in the sleeping rooms.
