Approximately 105 sqm. The accommodation is located in a quiet cabin area with proximity to both forest and sea. Two patios are available from the apartment. Short distance to Seierstenmarka. 12 min. walk to the swimming area next to the fjord. 1,5 km to bus stop 2 km to the center/grocery store/restaurants

Boligen har en unik beliggenhet bare få meter fra Oslofjorden og bademuligheter. Det er kort veg til Oscarsborg fergeleie - Sundbrygga, Badeparken og Drøbak sentrum. Boligen ligger på historisk grunn med utsikt til Oscarsborg. Rett ovenfor eiendommen ligger Kopåsbatteriet, en kanonstilling som deltok i beskytningen av det tyske krigsskipet Blucher 9.april 1940. Drøbak sitt eldste hus, Thorsehuset fra 1760, ligger på samme eiendom. Huset er verneverdig og ivaretatt med omfattende arbeider.

Bring your family or your girlfriend, or your employees and enjoy a peaceful, modern, charming house in the country. The house is comfortable with, among other things, 2 luxurious bathrooms. There is a private fenced, sheltered garden where you can enjoy the hot tub with birdsong and something good in the glass. If you come by public transport it is about 1 km to walk. Here you can be both close to most things and to yourself. By car, it is about 15 minutes to the nearest beach, 17 minutes to Norway's largest amusement park and 15 minutes to a shopping mall, while hiking areas and the forest are right outside the door.
