Great house with beachfront, jacuzzi, kayak, SUP

Welcome to a large and newly renovated house of high standard on sea property. Private beach in the garden, with the possibility to use the jacuzzi, kayaks, fire pit, barbecue, pizza oven and more. Enjoy a lovely sea view from the house's large windows. You can lie in the bathtub and look out over the horizon, and have your morning coffee in bed while watching the waves hit the swamp in the garden. It takes 5-7 minutes to drive to Pulpit Rock Camp, 5 minutes to the center of Jørpeland and 30 minutes to Stavanger city center.

Large new and modern basement apartment by the sea

In this place, your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Lovely hiking areas available without the use of transportation. If you are visiting Pulpit Rock you can drive your own car, 8-10 min, to parking space and start of the trip. If you prefer public transport, there is a bus 3 minutes walking from the apartment. Good swimming opportunities both in the sea and river a few minutes walk from the apartment. Sandvolleyball courts and sea trampoline as well as pub and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

My house is perfect for a large family or to-three small groups, i offer a large garden, toys and garden furniture to relax with plenty of space. The area is child friendly and quiet while being close to local hiking areas and within a short walk of Europa’s biggest skate park and fotball courts. The nearest supermarket is a 4 min walk away, with Stavanger town centre is short 5 minute car ride away. There is bus stop at the end of the road just 2 minutes from the house.

Gode bussforbindelser med busstopp rett utenfor hoveddøren. Lokal matbutikk rett ved siden av overnattingsstedet. Mosvannet, Stokkavannet og Sverd i fjell ved Hafrsfjord er verdt et besøk. Alt er i gåavstand. Tur til Preikestolen eller Kjerag med egen bil eller daglige bussavganger.
