Gemütliche kleine Wohnung - in der Nähe vom Sund

In einer ruhigen Nebenstraße nur 250 m von der Strandpromenade entfernt, liegt unsere kleine gemütliche Hochparterre-Wohnung. Sie ist hell und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Im Wohnschlafzimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett und eine Schlafcouch. Zwei Aufbettungen für Kinder sind somit möglich. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, die kostenfrei genutzt werden kann. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar und vor dem Haus findet sich immer ein Parkplatz.

Das Stadtzentrum ist ca.2,1 km entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegen. Für Kinder gibt es mehrere Spielplätze in der Nähe und auch die Anbindung auf die Insel Rügen ist sehr günstig gelegen. Nicht nur Zwei- auch Vierbeiner sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.
