Very nice little house with good space for 4 people. Many household items such as spices, tea or dishwashing tabs are provided. Everything looks very welcoming. Manuela is very quick to respond to inquiries.

Two weeks relaxing holiday in a wonderful house. The high-quality amenities left nothing to be desired. The pictures are absolutely real. Less than 5 minutes to 4 kilometer long beach. The location (Lobbe) is very quiet and away from the tourist hustle and bustle. There are good shopping in Göhren (about 3 km). The village shop in Lobbe offers only a very limited offer. Definitely rent bikes and leave the car standing. Here to recommend: bike Tilly in Göhren - great service! Thanks to the Teiwes family

We will definitely be back! The place is an absolute dream – great for relaxing and perfect for families. Especially convenient are the child protection gates on every staircase, which were even very helpful for our dogs. The beach is within walking distance, and the dog beach is also not far away. We didn't miss anything at Villa Emma. The sauna and fireplace were our highlights! After a long walk on the beach, we were able to relax wonderfully in the sauna. Also the hot tub was a dream 🥰 The sun protection was a great idea and very helpful for us, as fortunately we were allowed to enjoy sunshine every day. If you sleep with open windows, you should expect morning street noise – but that didn't bother us. My family, including my 87-year-old grandma, enjoyed it so much that we really want to come back next year. The communication with the Schmidt&Steinbrink family was👌?

The house invites you to feel good, we had a real “home” feeling. Happily again! Beautiful bedrooms, large windows, great bathroom, large garden, clean, modern, well-equipped kitchen. In fact, I only missed a knife block, otherwise great & as described. The reception was very friendly. The gardens are open, which is especially nice when families with children are present. The kids were able to play wonderfully together. By bike, fantastic places are easy to reach, beaches and attractions nearby. ...and so much more... Overall it was a great place. Plenty of space, well equiped kitchen and coin operated laundry downstairs. The lock to the back door is a bit tricky though, you need to scan the chip then rotate it like a key. We called and got quick assistance when we were stuggling to get in.

We felt very comfortable right away The house and garden are absolutely fully equipped. Loving details like fresh flowers and Easter decorations made us feel very welcome. With our bikes, we were able to enjoy the magnificent nature on the Bodden and the peninsula almost daily. Despite the very quiet location, it was not far to the bakery in the morning.

The listing matches the description. There was a small communication dilemma regarding the grill, but that wasn't tragic. Otherwise, this place is an absolute recommendation. The price is reasonable even if the hot tub has dropped out. Everything was clean, everything necessary was there, it was quiet. Technically, everything is in a 1a condition.

We were 7 adults and two children (one infant) living in the house, which was very functional. We lacked nothing. Dining area both inside and out where everyone could sit together. Quiet and nice surroundings.

The house corresponded to the pictures and the description. It is nicely modernly furnished and the kitchen is pretty much equipped with everything you need. We arrived with 3 children and baby. The kids loved that everyone could have their own room and they had their own bathroom. A travel cot was also provided for our baby. The lawn in front of the house also offered a good way to play. Communication with the hosts was always friendly. A response was always very quick to respond. Notes from us were also gratefully accepted.
