Close to the walking village of Straiton and near to the dark sky park, we also have the ‘Ayrshire Alps’ on our doorstep for cyclists. We are less than a five minute drive from Dalduff wedding venue. Charming 250 year-old Main Street cottage set in the conservation village of Straiton (Ayrshire), part of the Galloway & Southern Ayrshire UNESCO Biosphere. This characterful cottage has a homely feel with spacious rooms. Being on the main street the property is ideally situated for the village community shop, The Buck (coffee shop), The Black Bull (pub), church, playpark and local bus-stop. The cottage has recently undergone refurbishment and decoration.

Kyle Lodge is our new one bed lodge set in the private grounds of our larger property, The Old Church (which sleeps 12). It is a private and exceptionally comfortable space featuring a roll top bath with views of open countryside. The secluded and sheltered covered decking area with woodburner allows you to enjoy nature all year round. The local grocery shop is a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.
