Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends at this stylish place. The building offers comfortable accommodation for up to 17 people. Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Romantic cottage in seclusion

Romantic spring on the farm Romantic accommodation in the wilderness, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The mini house is close to a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surroundings are ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here it is possible to visit the Rožmberk Castle or swim the Vltava River in the summer months.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Rodlhaus GruBÄR

Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping places. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Coffee machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. We look forward to seeing you :)

Apartment in the heart of Šumava in the village of Zadov / Stachy. Fully equipped for three adults (or 2 adults and two children). Skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, cycling in beautiful nature. Pleasant sitting on your own balcony with a view of the valley. Restaurants nearby. Own cellar for storing skis, bicycles. Access to common areas (bike room, ski room). Free parking in the allocated space in front of the building entrance. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels.

Das Studio ist modern ausgebaut, sehr schön und gemütlich, deshalb möchten wir diesen speziellen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung gerne teilen. Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Modřínový mini domek v lesní oáze je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, kuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou. V obývací části je jídelní stůl, kamna a sedací okno s výhledem do stromů a na březový balkon, kde si můžete vychutnat ranní kávu. V horním patře najdete útulnou ložnici. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. V ledničce čeká snídaně z vybraných bio lokálních surovin pro pomalé a pohodlné ráno. Kuchyňka je vybavena vším, co je potřeba k jednoduchému vaření.

Throughout the year, the nature of the Bavarian Forest invites you to explore it. Hiking trails are right at your doorstep. Extended tours are just as possible as Nordic walking, snowshoeing in winter, or easy walks. Look for mushrooms in the fall and enjoy the snow in the winter. Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

Magical cottage in Ortenburg

This wonderful place has its very own charm. The old shoemaker's house has been lovingly renovated and partially rebuilt. Externally, the listed building remained as it had been built in 1878. However, the interiors of the house are adapted to contemporary needs and decorated in a modern country house style. On the ground floor are the kitchen, parlor and modern bathroom. On the first floor are the two bedrooms and the dressing room.
