Architect-designed semi-detached house of 55 well-planned square meters, divided into two bedrooms, kitchen, TV room, bathroom and sauna. The bedroom downstairs has a bunk bed with a lower bunk that is 160 cm wide and an upper bunk that is 120 cm. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Full ceiling height to ridge in the kitchen. Fully-equipped kitchen with porcelain, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. Washing machine, drying cabinet available. Enjoy quiet days in a cozy cabin with a brand new wood-fired sauna, perfect for relaxing after trips in the mountains or a day on the slopes. The cabin is large (109 sqm), spacious and open. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine facilities in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities in summer and winter.

The cottage is located in Granfjällsbyn in Stöten. The cottage was built in October 2020 and is in fantastic condition where everything is brand new. The cottage is modernly decorated and has all the amenities you could wish for. SPA bath is not included. In winter, Stöten has Sälenfjällens most beautiful skiing and longest slopes. In the summer, you can enjoy mountain hiking, fishing and lovely nature. The cottage has a large patio with evening sun where you can easily enjoy a good dinner in the beautiful sunset.

Warm welcome to our dear Nordklint. Here, you can finally kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Here's everything you need for peace and quiet. Sit down in front of the fire after a hike on the mountain that you have just outside the house. Cycling, hiking, swimming, fishing, paddling, all possibilities are available here in Stöten or in the nearby area. You also have Rörbäcksnäs, Görälven, Trysil, Sälen nearby. 5 minutes away, you are in Norway. Bed linens, towels & cleaning are not included.

This unique home has its own style. Nordklint is a beautiful architect-designed house with exclusive material choices. With elevated wall panels and open to the ridge over the kitchen and dining area, a sense of space is created. The large windows offer views of the pines and Norwegian mountains. The house has up to 10 beds but is equipped for groups of up to 8. Optimally, it accommodates 4-6 people. The steep staircase to the upper floor is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.

In winter, you can reach the nearest lift to the ski slopes with a short walk, which makes it easy to get out on the slopes directly from the house. For cross-country skiers, the nearest track is only 200 meters away – perfect for an early morning walk.

This apartment is in Stöten in the Pistbyn area, which is located in the middle of the hill. The apartment has ski-in/ski-out both to the World Cup slope that goes to Stöten square and to the Alven slope that leads down to the ski square. It has beautiful views of the mountains and is located about 100 meters from Stöten square where restaurants/after ski, shops and ski rental are available. The Mountain Lodge hotel with restaurant, spa & relaxation with outdoor pool is also just below.
