Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im wald- und wasserreichsten Bezirks von Berlin (Köpenick). Wir bieten Ihnen eine Ferienwohnung in Berlin-Friedrichshagen direkt an der Müggelspree ca. 500m vor dem Müggelsee an. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 2 Personen mit Kind. Das Mitbringen von Haustieren ist erlaubt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Raum mit 6 Fenstern die eine wunderschöne Aussicht ermöglichen. Die Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle lädt zum Kochen ein. Zudem bieten wir Ihnen eine Sitzecke mit Fernseher, einen separatem Arbeitsbereich mit Schreibtisch sowie einen Internetzugang. Der Schlafraum mit Doppelbett (Bettwäsche & Handtücher werden gestellt) befindet sich unter dem Dach. Die Wohnung enthält ein modernes Duschbad. Nach einem 5 minütigen Fußmarsch befinden sie sich bereits in der historischen Bölschestraße, die Sie mit über 100 Geschäften, einem Kino (im Sommer auch Freiluftkino) und Restaurants zu einem gemütlichen Bummel einlädt. Eine schnelle Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln ist mit Supermärkten in Gehweite gesichert. Mit dem Fahrrad können Sie die nähere Umgebung erkunden oder durch den Spreetunnel einen kleinen oder großen Ausflug beginnen. Am Müggelsee haben Sie die Möglichkeit, mit diversen Motorschiffen die Umgebung vom Wasser aus zu erkunden und zu genießen. Mit der Straßenbahn kommen Sie in ca 15 Minuten in die Altstadt von Köpenick, dort können sie das berühmte Rathaus von Köpenick mit Ratskeller und das komplett renovierte Schloss mit aktuellen Kunstaustellungen besichtigen. Vom S-Bahnhof Friedrichshagen aus (15 Minuten Fußweg oder Straßenbahn) können Sie bereits nach 30 Minuten in das Großstadtgetümmel von Berlin eintauchen.

Dies ist ein klassisches rbnb. Wir vermieten unsere privaten Räume an private Personen. Nicht an Firmen und Monteure - bitte nehmt Abstand von Buchungen, die nicht für euch selbst sind. Unser Ferienappartement liegt direkt am See, ist saniert und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet (ca. 90qm). Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett (200 x 200) und ein Schlafsofa getrennt nur durch eine CABINET-Schiebetür. (Keine Geräuschdämmung - deswegen hellhörig). Anlegemöglichkeit für Boote nach Absprache. Bis zum Berliner Ortsschild sind es 500m. Zum Bahnhof Wannsee 10 Minuten mit dem Bus, und von dort ist man in 17 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof (Berlin). Bitte keine Hunde mitbringen. Im TV gibt es ein Amazon fire TV Stick mit Filmen auf deutsch und englisch. Ehemaliges Künstlerhaus in der Nähe Berlins: Unser Haus mit großem Garten,wurde in den frühen 30er Jahren (URL HIDDEN) ist nahezu im Originalzustand erhalten und strahlt durch die Verwendung von ökologischen Baustoffen und Farben eine helle und warme Atmosphäre aus. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und persöhnlich. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt liegt unser See mit 2 sehr schönen Badestellen. Das Biosphärenreservat Spreewald,das Schlaubetal und Berlin sind ca 1 Stunde entfernt.
