Balcony. Peaceful area in the center of Stavanger. 3 min. walk to the beginning of the city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is our home and is rented out when we are away. Due to a previous unfortunate incident, only requests from guests with good references are approved. NOTE that the bed in the master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds in this house have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard.

Super Central, Quiet and Cozy Travelers Loft

Perfect for a short and central stay in Stavanger, located just 3-4 minutes walk from the Central Station. Although being super central, it is also in a safe and quiet street which gives the best of both worlds. The place has a folder with info about things to see and do, some simple cooking gear, a small bathroom with toilet and a sink, but the only downside is that it has no shower. Just make sure you understand that before booking, and I'm sure you'd love the rest😊

Hjelmelandsgata 26 is only a 10 minute walk away from Stavanger sentrum and also has a parking spot avaliable. Utilities include Wifi, one livingroom, an office, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a large kitchen at your disposal and two bedrooms with a double bed in each. There is also a shared terrace to use for relaxing outside. From the appartment it's only a 5 minute walk to the closest buss stop and a 4 minute walk to the closest grocery store.

Velutstyrt leilighet i sentrum av Stavanger. Fra leiligheten har man veldig kort vei til de mest populære spisesteder, busstasjon, togstasjon båthavn og utelivet. Det er tilgang til terrasse, men denne er felles med 2 andre beboere i huset. Det blir derfor viktig å vise hensyn ved bruk av denne. Det er ikke egen gratis parkering til leiligheten, men appen "EasyPark" kan lastes ned og man kan enkelt betale for parkering hvor som helst i Stavanger.

We had a wonderful stay in Andreas’s charming house in Stavanger. The bed was comfortable and the house is beautifully furnished with everything you need. Super close to all the restaurants and bars whilst being in a quiet and peaceful part of town. We sat in the sunny yard and had a drink which was perfect. Andreas is a fantastic host and we knew he was just a message away if we needed anything. Thank you so much!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Silje und Kristian. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gemütlich! Besonders gefallen hat uns die zweite Ebene mit dem Schlafzimmer, die der Wohnung einen tollen Loft-Flair gibt. Das Bad und die Küche waren super ausgestattet – es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr nah am Stadtzentrum, und der vorhandene Parkplatz war ein echtes Plus. Die Kommunikation mit den beiden war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Absolut empfehlenswert!

This is the second time I have stayed at this flat, and it was just as amazing as the first. I arrived at a clean and lovely house; the area is very central yet peaceful if you want to be around nature, perfect for winding down. Anniken, the host, is super helpful, kind, and very quick to respond. This will be my go-to place whenever I visit Stavanger- highly recommended!

Mooi appartement, alles wat je nodig hebt dat is er. Huiselijk gevoel en netjes. Enige nadeel is dat het wel wat gehorig is, omdat je onder de woning van de verhuurder verblijft. Verder zijn het de nieuwste spullen en is het modern.
