The place is centrally located on Storhaug with 10 minutes walking distance to Stavanger city center - where you will find bus or train connections to most places in the region. This well-maintained apartment from 1905 that extends over two floors has retained much of the original charm such as solid wood walls, doors, rosettes and moldings etc. The apartment includes a dining room, TV room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and an attic room with bed. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.
