The apartment is completely renovated and contains bedroom with double bed, bathroom, kitchen with all utensils, living room with sofa bed, TV with Chromecast. Immediate proximity to shops, bars, restaurants and public transportation (boat, bus, train, airport bus). Perfect for Flo and Fjære, Preikestolen and Stavanger city center. Sleeping space: For 3-4 guests, a sofa bed is made ready, not for 1-2 guests, but please let us know if anything else is desired.

My place is close to the city centre, public transportation, parks and outdoor life. The place is good for one person but can house 2 persons. It costs 200kr extra per night if you are two. Bed(90cm+mattress on the floor) It is possible to cook simple food. Hot plate, microwave ++ NB! Kitchenette and bathroom/WC are in the same room. A living room with a 90 cm bed. If 2 guests, extra mattress. The apartment is in the basement. Ceiling height approx. 97 cm. Bed linen and towels are included. Free parking in the street.

Balcony. Peaceful area in the center of Stavanger. 3 min. walk to the beginning of the city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is our home and is rented out when we are away. Due to a previous unfortunate incident, only requests from guests with good references are approved. NOTE that the bed in the master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds in this house have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard.

Perfect for a short and central stay in Stavanger, located just 3-4 minutes walk from the Central Station. Although being super central, it is also in a safe and quiet street which gives the best of both worlds. The place has a folder with info about things to see and do, some simple cooking gear, a small bathroom with toilet and a sink, but the only downside is that it has no shower. Just make sure you understand that before booking, and I'm sure you'd love the rest😊

We loved our stay here. It was hard to find but once we did, we were so happy with our choice. Gorgeous neighborhood. Away from the tourist areas but close enough to walk. Only warning is the ceilings and doorways are low. If you’re above 6’ you have to watch your head at times.

Kjetil’s lovely home was the perfect place for us. We were able to walk everywhere and the buses were easy and convenient. There were bakeries, restaurants, and shops very close by. We were also able to walk to parks and museums. The home was quiet and peaceful and very comfortable. We would love to stay here anytime again.

The structure features a modern design with dark metal cladding and large glass windows. A stone foundation provides stability, while a staircase leads to the entrance. Surrounding greenery enhances the setting, with a gravel pathway leading up to the building.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. For check-in, you pick up the key elsewhere, preferably one waits in front of the apartment with the luggage (if you have a lot). The place is very nice and cozy. There are several bars right in front of the property, but since we were on vacation, they did not bother us 😊

Such a beautiful stay with a picture window overlooking the ocean bay and mountain views. So cozy and clearly a lot of effort and thought was put into the stay. We were provided everything we needed and more (towels, bathrobes, throw blankets, board games, hot chocolate and coffee, etc.) genuinely felt so lovely to stay here, even if only for one night. Thanks so much for having us!
