Nice apartment with a central location on Eiganes. The apartment is within walking distance to the city center, close to nice restaurants, Lervig, Hermetikken and Matmagasinet. The apartment is a bright basement apartment with its own entrance and is located a short distance from nice hiking areas such as Mosvatnet and Stokkavannet. Gamlingen outdoor pool and stadium sports facility for running are just nearby. There are good bus connections and easy to get to both the train station and the airport. Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.
