Quiet, peaceful, with stunning views of fjords and mountains, less than 10 meters from the water's edge. 70m2 plus large room at the pier level. Unique layout, large window surfaces, and multi-level rooms. One bedroom with a double bed, and a large sofa bed in the loft/TV room. Tiled bathroom by bedroom. Lower floor with double gate, view of the fjord, and with its own toilet/laundry room and fridge/freezer.

Fantastic view from sitting area outside apartment! Patly also with roofing and heating - heat lamp for colder or rainy days. Perfect for breakfast and relax in the evening with a view even with not the best weather. Apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room with integrated kitchen and one bathroom. Located close to Ålesund centre - 3 minutes by car and 20 minutes walking. Aksla hiking area just outside apartment. Free parking. Double beds in each bedroom. Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Welcome to our new holiday house. This is one of a few house that is completely at sea side in this region. It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Skiing and several other activities are easily available in the area, dependig on season. Excelent for couple and family(s) with kids. Private access to the fjord. 800m walk to restaurants and shops.

Our place is close to Ålesund Airport. Ålesund airport. Great nature. Rural and quiet. Yet only 20 min. by car to Ålesund city center. My place is good for couples, single travelers, and business travelers. Can also fit a small family. (Extra mattresses). We can also assist with transportation to/from the airport on late afternoon/evening. There is a 24 HOUR (Monday-Saturday) grocery store 2 km from the listing. Joker Vikane. Adr: Vikevegen 22.
