It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Skiing and several other activities are easily available in the area, dependig on season. Excelent for couple and family(s) with kids. Fantastic location and very nice hosts. Large and spacious cottage with nice layout, many beds and very homely. The hosts responded very quickly and nicely, and were nice and helpful. We had an absolutely super Easter holiday despite little snow in the valley. Recommended!

We had such a wonderful time at this cabin! It was perfect for our small group of friends. We really enjoyed the breathtaking view while preparing meals in the kitchen, grilling in the gazebo, and relaxing in the hot tub. Hanne and Ole were very hospitable and the communication was excellent before during and after our stay. We hope to all visit again soon!

The host and hostess welcomed us warmly, introduced the history of the cottage to me and my boyfriend, and learned about the interesting past of the host's family. It was a great experience. The scenery here is beautiful, you can see the view of the bay and the town pier. Although there is no wifi, but such a beautiful view doesn't need the internet. I highly recommend this place!
