House vacation rentals in Stony Brook

This is the 2nd Thanksgiving weekend we spent at Deeanna's. Her home is beautiful, comfortable and each detail is thought though in the best way. Deeanna went above and beyond to accommodate my family and we are so grateful to her. The kitchen is perfection and the bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. The scenery and views are breathtaking. Overall, this home is a total gem. Thank you, Deeanna! We hope to come back next year!

My family and I had a beautiful stay and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental. The Airbnb was huge with more than enough room for everyone and the backyard was large and spacious enough to have everyone eat comfortably. If I ever need another large rental you can bet I’m gonna check here first.

Michael was a great host, friendly, flexible and helpful. The house is beautiful and has all the amenities you would expect. We loved staying there and would definitely like to stay again.

The house was great! Our two infants loved the large deck and pool. So close to town and the beach. It was a perfect getaway!

I was in Dion’s place with my family we really enjoyed the time we spent there,everything was perfect the pool was something that my kids enjoyed a lot, and hopefully we will come back again, for sure I totally recommend his house if you want to go and have a couple days of fun and relax thank you again Dion.

We had a wonderful two day stay at Roger and Amy’s place. It was fantastic- such a beautiful, inviting home. Our kids had a blast in the heated pool- we could barely get them to come out despite it being under 60 degrees out! The kitchen was stocked with more than just kitchen basics- the spice cabinet had soo many different choices ! It was probably the most perfect AirBnb experience I’ve had and we travel plenty.

Five stars doesn't feel like enough, if anything I'd say everything was better than we'd expected based on the pictures and the reviews! First, as others have mentioned John was an incredible host, the place was well stocked and had all sorts of snacks and drinks (and a nice bottle of wine); he also bought us dinner and was very good about keeping in touch the whole time we were there. The house was amazing top to bottom, but I have to specifically call out the pool, which was jaw-droppingly beautiful and the perfect temperature despite cold weather outside. We loved the neighborhood and yard to walk our dogs, and the kitchen was great to cook in (made me miss having a gas stovetop). We'll definitely be visiting again, it was the kind of stay that sets a new bar for what to look for in a vacation!

Everything was great. The home as exactly as advertised, clean and in a prime location. Highly recommend.

Staying at Amy's place was perfect for my friends and I while we're out on the North Fork for a wedding. Amy was very responsive with any questions we had. We were all very comfortable in the main living area as well as our bedrooms. The house was conveniently located to the wedding venue and my friends were also very happy that it was located near some pickleball courts. Thank you Amy for a wonderful stay.

Kathy’s home was exactly as described spacious, clean, and incredibly inviting. I traveled with a large group of my friends, and we never felt on top of each other. Kathy was extremely accommodating & communicative when it came to checking in and checking out of the Airbnb,along with recommendations to eat on the island or close by. The home was an effortless walk to the beach and to center of town. If you were coming to enjoy fire Island with a large group of people, I would absolutely recommend this space!

The inside and outside areas were meticulously maintained. The weather was great, so we were able to really enjoy the pool and deck. Michelle was extremely responsive and did a great job with instructions, recommendations, and communications. One member of our party needed to work a few days, and the office space in the basement was perfect.

This is our 2nd review Victoria’s properties and we just want to reiterate how special of a landlord Victoria is. The best. I cannot recommend her properties enough if you are in need of a Greenwich rental like we were.

My family and I had a very relaxing stay at this place. Cozy with plenty of amenities. PAPA, the neighborhood cat likes to visit in the morning on the front deck and he’s a very good boy. Bring him treats.

Excellent location. An easy inexpensive ride into Penn Station via LLRR. A suggestion: I recommend those luggage racks one finds in hotels for your suitcase in each bedroom. That, or foot of bed benches. There is no closet for the small bedroom, so a place for your suitcase would be great. A chair in the small bedroom would also help.

Our family had a nice stay over Thanksgiving. The house was as described and clean on the inside. Laura was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. I only took 1 star off check-in as the property grounds were not well kept. This made it hard locate the driveway while also making the front entry dirty with all the leaves. All in all, we would stay here again as it met our needs for our family trip.

The stay was great. Our host was accommodated and great with communication. Would love to come back!

This house was exactly what our group was looking for. It sleeps 12 people comfortably and it’s very large. A quick walk from the jitney with 5 parking spots, it was perfect for all guests and their respective method of transportation. The backyard is also VERY spacious. There’s a grill, tennis court, etc. plenty of things to do — there’s never really a reason to leave during your stay. The house also has really nice energy. It’s quaint, gets beautiful light and is really charming! I would stay here again :)

We had a lovely stay. JP was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house was exactly as stated in the listing. We would stay there again if in the area.

We had a wonderful weekend at Raphael's cottage. It's beautiful & the setting is landscaped like a little paradise. He was responsive to any question we had. The yard for the cottage is adjacent to the main yard, but is separated by hedges. It was so relaxing to sit at the outdoor table on the sunny days we had-our pup enjoyed it, too! We explored the immediate area when walking our dog, and in about 15 minutes had reached the ocean, a pleasant surprise! There is also a wooded trail very nearby the house which I enjoyed. The king size bed was comfortable, and on the chilly April nights we had the heating was immediately responsive. The shower itself wasn't pictured in the listing photos, and in reality was very small. We hadn't inquired on it in advance-so it was a surprise-but certainly adequate. Overall, we had a great experience & felt right at home & comfortable. We would definitely recommend Raphael's place to those who find themselves in the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this location. The house was prefect for us and met all of our needs. What a stunning view of the Great South Bay! A wonderful home to utilize with family and friends. Bedrooms and bathrooms on both levels so that made accessibility easier for us. Thanks for hosting us!
