The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. We rent out our nice, detached cottage of about 35 m² on our property, with garden, barbecue and cozy seating area. For the colder days, it is equipped with central heating. It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach, surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakeries, shopping facilities and Restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

We offer our attic as a FW for 2-4 P. A children's travel bed is also available. The property is located on the edge of the Wandlitz lake landscape and is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in Barnim. Berlin can be reached in about 45-60 minutes by public transport or car. Within walking distance of the apartment there are bathing spots of Lake Stolzenhagen and Lake Wandlitz, a playground and a restaurant.
