This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea on Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and maintains a consistently high standard. Beautiful views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. The 110 square meter unit is centrally located by the lake, Color Line and consists of old wooden buildings. The guest house dates back to the late 1800s and was originally a home for shoemakers and servants in its time. The guest house is recently renovated and delicately decorated with three double bedrooms, and offers most of the facilities you need during a stay. Farmhouse from 1860 that has been renovated so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood-burning stove that is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 people. A couple of extra guest beds can also be added and there is the possibility to sleep on the sofa so there is room for many.
