Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Stockton-on-Tees

This was our first time staying in an Airbnb and I must say it was a very positive experience. The house was lovely, clean and well equipped , and the welcome pack was much appreciated. I am disabled and The option to lend a wheelchair / shower chair etc is a really useful touch. The house is a credit to you, and I we will definitely use Airbnb again . The whole experience has been very well organised. , thank you 😊

Absolutely gorgeous house in a beautiful location. Everything was spotless. Angela was a brilliant host, and left lots of extra finishing touches to make our stay 10/10. We will definitely stay here again, and would recommend in a heartbeat.

This airbnb is lovely and i would 100% recommend to anyone who’s interested in staying here. Pictures don’t do it justice because it looks even better in person. The hosts were lovely and their response time was great. This airbnb has everything you may need, and there’s a Sainsbury’s around the corner too which is very convenient. :)

Lovely place and was clean+smelt nice upon entering, hosts were fast at replying and attended to all questions asked. The stairs are a little crazy and definitely different but made staying there funnier - only thing I would say that was a negative about the whole thing was the wobbly stair railing but besides from that a nice quiet area with a cosy hot tub. Thanks guys!

Wendy was a great host and made sure we had the relevant information as we needed it and checked all was well when we got to Rose Cottage. The cottage looked just like the photos and the description was spot on. We found it very comfortable, well decorated and furnished and very clean. It is a 15 minute down hill walk into the city. We preferred to get a taxi back up the hill which was easy because there are several taxi ranks in the city. The parking permit was brilliant and once we parked on the road outside the cottage we didn't move the car until we left. There was plenty to do in Durham. We particularly enjoyed eating Sunday lunch at Isla but you do need to prebook. I can highly recommend Rose Cottage when in Durham.

Really impressed with this lovely home from home. It was larger than the photos and very comfortable. Appreciated all the provisions and how clean and beautiful the place was, yet practical too. Very many thanks for a lovely stay .... lots of local info too.

Can I just say : Thank you for the lovely stay in this cute cottage . Great for two and the pooch ! Loved the layout , and how clean it was- lush bedding and towels . Thank you for the lovely eggs, butter , lush cookies and homemade bread . Definitely one of the best Airbnbs . Great base for exploring the dales!!

This was my second visit to Jamie's place in Hinderwell, and I really can't fault it. The house is airy and spacious while still being cozy, in a lovely peaceful location. Perfectly placed for visiting Runswick Bay, Staithes, Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. As a host Jamie responds quickly to all questions and provided lots of helpful local info before we arrived including places to eat, public transport and surrounding areas to visit. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, you wont be disappointed. I will definitely stay again, thanks Jamie.

The cottage was absolutely lovely, cosy and welcoming, everything you needed, home from home. I wanted to get away from it all and this property certainly provided me with a great location to explore the coast, lovely walks with my dog and was so quiet, it was heaven. If you want to hear real stillness and nature at its best, this is the place for you. The Bed was really comfy with good showering facilities, couldn’t fault it. Simon and Jo very helpful and friendly, introduced themselves to me. I will be back soon. I was just wondering if What three words would help re location as I did struggle with locating the property. We had a lovely break in Saltburn but Peter’s place absolutely made it for us. Even though it is a huge apartment, it felt cosy. The beds were so comfortable. And a well equipped kitchen. We loved enjoying a morning coffee taking in the view, and my nephew enjoyed beating everyone at air hockey! Highly recommend Peter’s accommodation, and we’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful little hidden gem! A perfect stay whilst we attended a wedding at Middleton Lodge. The flat was well equipped, bed was super comfy and the towels were large and fluffy! I would deffinatley reccomend to others 😃😃. Thank you Fiona!

Amazing hosts went above and beyond our expectations when celebrating our best pals 25th ! They decorated the whole place for her and made it a really special experience will definitely be back ! Brian and Jennifer are the warmest people you will meet and welcomed our wee sausage dog into the garden !

We had a wonderful stay, house was in a beautiful spot right in the Dales. 2 brilliant pubs a couple of mins walk away and inside was lively and warm and clean. Plenty to do and see in the local area and of course so many great hikes right on your doorstep. A really excellent stay for a week :)

We had a lovely few days at Bev’s place. Such a good location, we managed to park on the Green, left the car there for the three days and explored Richmond on foot, enjoyed walking by the river. Bev’s place had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable, well decorated and the welcome treats a bonus. If we are in the area again, would not hesitate to book with Bev again. Thank you!.

We’ve had another great stay at Kate’s place in Trimdon. As usual the place is tip top clean and warm and with those extra touches such as milk tea coffee biscuits dog treats plus info on where there are good places to visit, eat and where the shops are. Kate is very friendly and welcoming and always makes us feel at home here - thank you so much - we’ll be back!

A lovely stay in this amazing little bolthole in beautiful, characterful Yorkshire. The value for money is, quite frankly, ridiculously good. Anthony is very friendly, helpful and welcoming and we got the impression that both he and Jane really do care about their guests. Small extras like a crockpot, an air fryer and coffee machine are all so useful and make the place feel like a home -from-home. Having a washer & dryer makes everything so easy too - and surprised us for the low price! Everything is very clean too! Parking was easy with the permit and we felt like everything was straightforward and hassle-free. Area is handy for tourists too - Whitby is 30 mins drive away, Robin Hood’s Bay at around 40 mins abc Scarborough at 60 mins. Thank you so much, Anthony and Jane, we’ll be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay , Ray very welcoming and helpful then left you alone to enjoy your stay , everything you needed and safe enclosure for my dog , very good butchers in the village lovely walking and Cod and Lobster in Staithes highly recommend , all in all very enjoyable very quiet , private and peaceful would definitely revisit and recommend

This was a very comfortable stay of 11 days for us. The apartment is spacious. clean, and feels very comfortable right from the outset. It has a well-stocked kitchen and all the amenities and appliances you will need for either a short or long stay. We did a lot of cooking ourselves, but there is also a very nice pub a short walk away. Also the bus takes you straight into the center of Durham from the pub. The area around is pleasant but there isn't much to do except walk and enjoy the countryside, which is very pleasant. The bed was comfy, and the pillows were new (although too soft for us, but thats just personal preference). Overall it was a great stay and well worth the price. The owner was helpful and communicated well, the wifi was good, and the couches comfortable. We would both return and recommend the apartment.

The is the second time I’ve stayed at Ruth’s Airbnb. Ruth is a fantastic host. Great communication and very responsive. Everything about the accommodation was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I returned "home" to Durham as part of my sabbatical from my work in Australia. I was looking for a place close to the city, but also quiet and peaceful too. Chris' place was exactly what I was looking for. If you are lucky enough to experience the beautiful spring weather, as I did, you can enjoy sitting on the terrace watching, the ducks, rowing boats and life in general sail by. It is simply picture perfect! The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything you could ever want! The beds are clean and comfortable and I slept better than I have in any other space that is not home! I would highly recommend and hope to back soon. If you are considering Chris' place - look no further. Just do it. You will not regret it!

Rosie’s was a great place to stay, clean, tidy and cosy, with all you could want within walking distance. This was the second time we had stayed in the town and it’s a lovely spot. Lots of places around and about to visit and lots to see. The cottage was secluded, off the Main Street and was well kept, modern with a lovely vibe. The extras that Rosie provided were a nice touch. All in all a great weekend.

Lee was fantastic at helping with my queries. The location was spot on for where I needed to be. Would stay again for sure.

This is our third time staying with Vanessa - each time has been wonderful. The apartment is great and has everything you need for a short stay. It's in a great location, and Vanessa went out of her way to enable us to check-in early which was much appreciated. We can't recommend her place highly enough.
