We had a great stay at Charla's. The location was easy to find and peaceful even being by a busy main road. The backyard was a nice bonus for late evening and early morning relaxing.

The apartment was lovely and perfectly met our needs. There are many thoughtful touches throughout such as LED anti fog mirrors in both bathrooms, comfortable beds with luxurious linens, adjustable overhead lighting with remote control ceiling fans, a very large tv and beyond well equipped kitchen. There was a more than adequate supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee filters, dish detergent and dishwasher tabs to last our 10 day stay. We really were sad to leave. We enjoyed the Frisco Trail literally at the front door and the delicious barbecue restaurant Hog Tide next door. Springfield is a short drive away with everything it has to offer. We even squeezed in Branson shopping and a day trip to Kansas City. As noted in other reviews the apartment is upstairs and accessed via very sturdy and well built exterior stairs. It could be a concern for anyone with a mobility issue. It was not an issue for us though.

The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well furnished. It was in a very nice, quiet, newer neighborhood on the very west edge of town. It has an open layout with kitchen, dining area, and living room. It was slightly smaller than we thought, but it worked great for our family. The two car garage was nice to be able to park our cars in, especially since it rained most of our time there. We are already planning to go back and stay again.

Derek & Summer’s place was perfect! I traveled to Springfield for work and it was so nice to have a home like place to stay but also have the luxury of a hot tub in the back yard. The home was in a quiet area and the back yard was so peaceful! Great for a group of people or just solo! If I am back in Springfield and needing somewhere to stay I will be checking this listing first! Home was neat, very cleaned, and so cutely decorated!
