The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. You can reach the apartment via an external staircase with a separate entrance, so you are completely undisturbed. The house was completely modernized a year ago, and the lower part of the house is permanently rented. Our friendly tenants with children handle the rental, and we also have children ourselves. The garden of the house is still in the making. The property itself has everything. But surely it can always be that something is still missing. We're always happy to hear from you.
