Very lovely place to stay when you want to explore Stockholm but prefer calm time too. Felt like I was at home. Very social cat there sat with me through night and helped me to study (distraction was perhaps bigger). Would recommend it to anyone (emotional support by the cat).

Very nice place to stay in, which was warmly decorated with full of things to do inside and outside. We have been there with friends and two babies. The place was warm for a cold autumn. The towels and linens were super clean and smelling really fresh. We loved the jakuzi and the balcony as the lights on the patio was soo authentic that we didn't want to go inside. Erica was super reachable and able to answer any questions quickly. Highly recomending.

Really nice place and quiet area to get away from the busy city life! The cabin was well equipped for our stay and we very much enjoyed the garden and surroundings. Angélique was very helpful before, during and after our stay and made sure we felt right a home and had everything we needed. We would love to be back!

Extremely pleasant stay, everything we needed for a perfect forest retreat was there. Mattias went out of his way to give us helpful advice. Location also lends itself well for daytrips to Stockholm (using the commuter's train, for instance). Well recommended and would be happy to visit again!

Nice and cozy cottage that had everything we needed for our short stay. They had left recommendations for short walks nearby which was nice and we ended up doing one of the trails. Very easy to check in and check out.

We had a fantastic stay on Stor-Krån in Ebba‘s and Carl-Magnus‘ beautiful home. You can see the love they put in to renovate and decorate the house and it offers amazing sunrises and sunsets. We could pick blueberries every morning just behind the house and went sailing from time to time or just enjoyed the sauna. We loved the area with Linanäs being easily reachable for basic groceries and Vaxholm not too far away either. They are very attentive hosts and have always responded super fast and helping when we had any questions. We will miss Stor-Krån and hope to be coming back one summer.

My daughter and I stayed at this adorable place for 5 nights. Malin and Jonas are extremely kind and helpful hosts who are committed to the well-being of their guests. The place exactly matches the photos and nothing is missing. In addition to the stove and oven, the kitchen also offers a microwave as well as a small dishwasher. The 1.60 m wide bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and offers high sleeping comfort. Our highlight was the daily breakfast in the garden, surrounded by numerous fruit trees as well as the view of the countryside or the beautiful Swedish house. Sometimes the hosts' chickens came by, which connects you even more with nature. The lake is just a few minutes' walk away and offers unique views in addition to tranquility. We would definitely come back and thank Malin and Jonas again.

The tastefully decorated cottage is beautifully and slightly secluded on a natural rock in the forest, overlooking the trees of the bay. Access requires overcoming some wooden steps, so it's a good idea to get there with backpacks. A quiet path through the forest leads to the nearby harbor. From morning until noon, the sun shines on the area of the outdoor shower, a wonderful experience for outdoor enthusiasts! The covered terrace offers relaxation and a beautiful view. The very nice owner shares excursions in the island and answers questions extremely quickly and friendly. A little paradise for nature lovers in Sweden!

It was even better of what we were expecting : Sandra was always supportive to our questions and gave very nice recommendations. The house is perfect for a family, our child really enjoyed the garden, the view and the activities there, and also very fun to watch boats cruising from the windows. A perfect stay that we will keep excellent memories, and hope to come again in this beautiful area. It is very nice also to walk around the houses, lakes and beaches are close, and easy access to beautiful forrests. Sunset was great too. Shops and restaurants nearby, so very convenient and peaceful and safety place to enjoy great family holidays. Thanks very much for all your support and the quality of our exchanges during our stay, our daughter didnt want to come back to our home country and stay longer in this beautiful place.

Beautiful captain's house, lovingly decorated with pretty details. Beautiful location on a beautiful island. No cars! The relaxation begins on the ferry ride from Stockholm. Everything is straightforward.

Best Airbnb I've ever been to. Beautiful place with cozy restaurants, cafes and various possibilities for outdoor activities. I highly recommend the Airbnb, it's worth the price, I would have liked to have stayed longer.

Our family, (parents and 2 girls, 13j & 17j) had a wonderful stay in Thomas & Pamelas house. It is very peaceful and quiet, so if youre looking to "get away from it all", this is definitely the place. The beach is a short 5 min walk through the lovely pine forest and also for kids, this is no problem. The beach is lovely and clean, as is the water. The house is very pretty. Lots of sunshine on the table at breakfast time, a nice terrasse, and even the occasional visit from a small deer from the forest, in the early mornings. Thomas is a very helpful and responsive host. He gave us several good tips for excursions and what to do and helped us with our questions. Checkin is automatic and you do it on your own and i t works just fine. The house is well equipped, we found lacking of nothing. As a result we can wholeheartedly recommend this place. We had a great time there and we would stay there again. If you want to experience Sweden, this, is as good as it gets.

Annalena and Thomas are the best hosts anyone could ask for. We fell ill during our stay and they went above and beyond any response we could have imagined. We not only give them the highest possible recommendation, we miss them. They’re wonderful people who deserve the best.

This place is a real gem! We spent one week in Maria's house and enjoyed the place every single moment. The house is nicely furnished and the living room / dining area provides an amazing view onto the lake. The beds are comfortable and there is also a guest house with two beds on the premises. It was great to be able to use the boat and go rowing on the lake. Although there is a little store on the island, access is only possible with a Swedish credit card, so we had to take the ferry to get to a larger store on the mainland. It was a wonderful week and we would definitely come back!
