Nice place! Erika offers everything, from hot chocolate to slippers to a yoga matt! the room is cozy and we slept well :) the jacuzzi is also part of the spa, so it’s not free of charge, but the outdoor space it’s still very nice.

Very lovely place to stay when you want to explore Stockholm but prefer calm time too. Felt like I was at home. Very social cat there sat with me through night and helped me to study (distraction was perhaps bigger). Would recommend it to anyone (emotional support by the cat).

Was a super nice weekend getaway! Definitely recommending the jacuzzi and barbecuing with a view!! Bathroom felt a bit cramped for 6 people. Alright for a short period of time though. Would book it again 10/10 wow

We spent a week in Erica's cottage and especially enjoyed the nature and tranquility. We even saw deer, a moose, rabbits and probably bucks. The house had everything you need and it had many small extras, e.g. in the refrigerator. We also grilled and of course enjoyed the hot tub. For the arrival, Erica's description was very helpful - be sure to pay attention! We made a stop at the Eldtoma coffee shop before and the navigation then led us to a completely wrong barrier....! Thank you Erica for everything!

We booked the accommodation for our trip to the Stockholm region and were not disappointed. The small but nice accommodation is as described and there is all there to feel comfortable. The location is unique and the view of the sea beautiful. Thank you so much for our friendly hosts.

Really nice place and quiet area to get away from the busy city life! The cabin was well equipped for our stay and we very much enjoyed the garden and surroundings. Angélique was very helpful before, during and after our stay and made sure we felt right a home and had everything we needed. We would love to be back!

Extremely pleasant stay, everything we needed for a perfect forest retreat was there. Mattias went out of his way to give us helpful advice. Location also lends itself well for daytrips to Stockholm (using the commuter's train, for instance). Well recommended and would be happy to visit again!

For us as a family (with adult/tea tag children) it was absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic, the island consists only of summer houses and is idyllically quiet - and the magnificent Stockholm is very close. The house was completely in line with our taste: a Swedish-modern summer house, where we felt completely comfortable. Lotta is very friendly and always responded immediately to all questions. (Note: Access to the island by rowing boat and especially to the house itself (very many steep steps) is only for people who are very good on foot and to some extent sporty. All luggage - and all shopping - must be carried by boat and on foot. There is a store on the island. )

Annalena and Thomas are the best hosts anyone could ask for. We fell ill during our stay and they went above and beyond any response we could have imagined. We not only give them the highest possible recommendation, we miss them. They’re wonderful people who deserve the best.

Great location and surroundings! Kids loved backyard with berries ) The best thing is to take a sauna after the hiking. Not too far from bus station from the city.

We had a great time at Jenny's place. The accommodation is new, very clean and very comfortable. It is located about thirty kilometers from Stockholm. You can take pleasant walks nearby.

Very beautiful house, surroundings and quiet nature. Our expectations were exceeded. You just need to know that the ferry is the island’s only infrastructure. The schedule can be sparse, especially off season. Pragmatic and easy to reach hosts.

Excellent stay, very nice terrace for meals or relaxing in the sun. We didn't want for anything. It's very quiet and peaceful: we had a good sleep cure. 😀 I recommend it.

It was even better of what we were expecting : Sandra was always supportive to our questions and gave very nice recommendations. The house is perfect for a family, our child really enjoyed the garden, the view and the activities there, and also very fun to watch boats cruising from the windows. A perfect stay that we will keep excellent memories, and hope to come again in this beautiful area. It is very nice also to walk around the houses, lakes and beaches are close, and easy access to beautiful forrests. Sunset was great too. Shops and restaurants nearby, so very convenient and peaceful and safety place to enjoy great family holidays. Thanks very much for all your support and the quality of our exchanges during our stay, our daughter didnt want to come back to our home country and stay longer in this beautiful place.

She was flexible on letting us drop our bags before, and was very attentive as she had fresh cut flowers for us. Gave us nice recommendations and was very kind.

We ended our 15-day trip to Sweden in the most beautiful way with this little week at Jan's. We immediately felt comfortable in the house, whether it was the adults or our 3-year-old daughter. The calm is perfect, the house is excellently equipped and Jan's small touches complete this idyllic picture. Small bonus, the boat lent by Jan (with life jackets in multiple sizes) allows for walks and even fishing trips (here too, equipment provided)! We had a vehicle, but the proximity of the bus terminal allows you to reach either the small supermarket in 5 minutes or the Vaxholm pier in 30 minutes with a connection. The calm is absolute, and the deer visit the garden (huge!) morning and evening. To top it all off, Jan is a welcoming and present host without being intrusive, one of the very best of our Airbnb and other experiences. He made our stay unforgettable!

This place is a real gem! We spent one week in Maria's house and enjoyed the place every single moment. The house is nicely furnished and the living room / dining area provides an amazing view onto the lake. The beds are comfortable and there is also a guest house with two beds on the premises. It was great to be able to use the boat and go rowing on the lake. Although there is a little store on the island, access is only possible with a Swedish credit card, so we had to take the ferry to get to a larger store on the mainland. It was a wonderful week and we would definitely come back!
