We spent our entire summer vacation on this wonderful island. It actually looks as nice as described in the photos. Malin showed us everything great and always got back to us quickly and took care of any questions. We won't soon forget the many beautiful sunsets and boat trips. It was a great vacation and we can very well imagine coming back again. We will miss the jacuzzi very much! 😉

The cottage is cozy, very clean and well-equipped. It is very quiet with the lake a stone's throw away. The host was also very nice and available as needed. Everything was there for a relaxing stay.

The perfect quiet getaway I needed. The views and the hot tub were an absolute winner. Anders made an amazing breakfast. Public transport is literally right next to the location.

It was a great time at Magnus' house. Unlike many other Scandinavian houses, Magnus' is very modern and flooded with light with a magnificent view from the huge terrace and the large windows. The furnishing is modern and tasteful. The area at the southern end of the street is nice and quiet. Small swimming bays and bathing stones are within walking distance. Stockholm can be reached in 45 minutes. Magnus welcomed us warmly, explained everything and gave good tips for the area. An absolutely recommended host. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great time at Patrik's, the neighborhood is very nice, quiet, peaceful and the neighborhood is charming. The beach is only 5 min walk, the bus stop too. Patrik gave us all the necessary instructions for our arrival and to get around during our stay. The cabin is very welcoming and is equipped. We didn't need anything more. This stay was a very good time, a very beautiful discovery of the city of Stockholm and its inhabitants, the pleasant and peaceful atmosphere and the wonderful landscapes. Thanks Patrik for hosting us. I highly recommend Vardmo's cabin.

Katarina is an amazing host who is kind, showed us around, gave us tips and was very helpful at all times. The cottage was magical, exactly as described. We spent the most of the time grilling outside the cottage with the lake view. It was a really relaxing weekend and we definitely recommend Katarina as a host! Great accommodation for us who needed to stay 2 nights. Clean and fresh. Very grateful that there was parking, bed linens and towels! Nice with a bus stop nearby that took you to commuter train stations within 10 minutes.

A fantastically nice and cozy cottage with modern comfort and historic charm. Tastefully renovated with pleasant colors in kitchen/room and bathroom. A plus for the ingenious shower! Comfortable beds, plenty of equipment and parking outside the door. Quiet and peaceful at night. Nice host who communicated well. We booked on short notice but there was no problem at all. We would be happy to come back to this little gem of a cabin!

Beautiful location! Not 5 minutes walk to the nature reserve. The ferry to Stockholm is also a 10-15 minute walk. In general, public transport in the area is very good. In the evening you have a great view of the sunset over the water. With some luck and patience you can watch the beaver in the nature reserve. Joakim was a very nice and likeable host! Overall a highly recommended place for those who want to see both nature and Stockholm.

Had a lovely stay at Johannas unique cabin by the water, during some warm and sunny summer days. Enjoyed the beautiful weather on the patio, or down by the water with great views and peaceful surroundings. To get to the city of Stockholm we used bikes we had brought or just Uber'd. The cabin had the expected level of amenities for a smaller Scandinavian cabin. Thank you for being a good host, your quick responses and a great stay, Johanna.

cosy, cute and felt like a slice of hone

We spent 8 days in August in this quiet and peaceful apartment with our three children and our dog. The cabin was clean and comfy. Our children loved the trampoline, the garden and the small beach nearby. Jonas was very kind and helpful if we needed anything. We travelled there from Germany by public transport which worked very well. It was the perfect place for us to be remote and a bit away from the beaten track on the one side and close to Stockholm's center on the other side.

Second time staying here. Very nice host with great responsiveness and who does everything to make you feel comfortable. Can really recommend this accommodation to others, regardless of business around Stockholm. Great!!

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was enough space for 3 adults. Nice cabin/apartment at the caravan place.

Wonderful place to stay - incredibly peaceful, very close to the train into Stockholm. Very well equipped and lovely location. Highly recommend!
