Neben der voll ausgestatteten Küche, Essbereich, Schlafzimmer und Bad gibt es ein geräumiges Balkon mit Balkonmöbeln und teilweise Bergsicht.

Das Trauteheim besteht aus insgesamt 7 Ferienwohnungen welche in ein Stallgebäude von 1952 gebaut wurden. Diese bestechen zum einen durch die ursprüngliche Lage direkt neben der über 800 Jahre alten Nikolauskapelle, zum anderen wird durch die leicht erhöhte und dadurch exponierte Lage ein erhabenes Gefühl und Weitblick ins Grüne geboten.
