Beautiful apartment in Wangen/Allgäu close to the center

In the heart of the Allgäu, near Lake Constance, I offer an apartment on the 2nd floor on the left with 2 bedrooms, a dining area and a kitchenette. 2 steps across the hall is the bathroom. The areas mentioned are only used by the guests. The house entrance is not separate. We live downstairs in the house and on the 1st floor on the right. So, there is usually someone on site and we are happy to help with any questions. The house is located on the outskirts of town in a secluded location. It is about a 1 km walk to the city center and about 200 m to the forest.

A dining area features a white table set for two, complete with plates and cups. Soft lighting is provided by a floor lamp, and a decorative orchid adds a touch of elegance. A large floral artwork is displayed on the wall above the table.

Not included in the price is the visitor's tax, with which you get the leisure card for discounted admissions, as well as free bus. Cost for adults € 2.20 and for children from 6-15 years € 0.70 per day.

Welcome to the Sonnenhalde in Sigmarszell. Our small cozy apartment is located in a beautiful quiet location. From the small terrace you have a magnificent view of our local mountains “Pfänder,” “Hoher Freschen” and “Hohe Kugel.” Lake Constance and the island town of Lindau are about 6 km away and can be reached quickly by car or on quiet bike paths. Interesting biking, cycling and hiking tours are possible directly from the house.

The sauna features wooden paneling and a large window offering views of the surrounding greenery. A simple wooden bench is adorned with neatly folded towels. A wooden bucket and sauna accessories are also present, providing a calming ambiance.

You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

We felt very comfortable. Everything matched the description or the pictures and Bruno greeted us with a clear woof from above. Dina is very likable and in addition to the usual things, there was plenty of coffee for the Cafissimo machine, two beers and water, which you could not necessarily expect. So, in the end, we can say that everything was very good and recommended

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The hosts were super warm, helpful and always available if we had any questions. The accommodation itself is very well maintained, very clean, modernly furnished and designed with a lot of love for detail, you immediately feel comfortable. The location is ideal. It is quiet and you can get to Lake Constance in 10 minutes by car. We especially enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, especially the jacuzzi was a real highlight! There we could relax undisturbed and watch the sunset in the evening, simply fantastic. We would come back anytime and can highly recommend the place!

A six star apartment !!! Definitely worth the price, perfect for 3-4 people! My personal highlight of this place: Modernly furnished Inside and out! Branded, almost new, fancy furniture, and household appliances!, coffee machine, air fryer, Marshall speaker even! Better equipped than my own house haha . Really felt like a home that you can stay for longer. 10 mins drive to the lake, quite walkable place; restaurants and grocery stores are also about 10 -15mins drive or so. Owner also easy to communicate and very understanding!
