Lake View Studios have been transformed from old outbuildings to lovely self contained studios set in 190 acres of idyllic Dorset countryside surrounded by picturesque lakes bustling with wildlife. Situated just outside of Wareham our location is at the heart of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site. We are close to many local attractions including RSPB Arne, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. Enjoy the wildlife from the patio, stroll around or we can arrange for you to Kayak on our beautiful lake.

Centrally Located Wareham Accommodation
Our flat is accessed via a private entrance off South Street in Wareham. It is on the first and second floor above our well known tea room & restaurant, which is open during the day only. The lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom and a single bedroom are on the first floor. The large bedroom and another double is on the second floor - the stairs to this floor are a little twisty and there is a low beam at the top. Nearby is Arne Nature Reserve, Monkey World, Corfe Castle, Lulworth Cove & Durdle Door

Enjoy a stay in our recently refurbished one bedroom basement apartment with well equipped kitchen, bathroom, private entrance, parking and garden access. Hidden away in a quiet residential area but only 5 mins walk from the centre of Wareham which has many cafes, pubs, restaurants and independent cinema and shops. Visit the popular quay area with boat hire and a weekend market. A 30 minute bus or car ride will take you to stunning beaches, historic villages and endless walking opportunities.

It’s a 10 min walk along the stunning River Frome into Wareham and a stone’s throw from all major tourist attractions on the Purbecks.
